Very disappointed. I just left there I like going here because the atmosphere is typically nice and its location is close to my job. However from time to time things happen and my order gets messed up sometimes. However today was the last straw. I order an egg and cheese bagel with salt pepper and butter. I received and egg and cheese bagel with salt pepper and ketchup. Now since this isnt the first time this has happen so I check my bag before leaving the parking lot . I go back in bring it to the owners attention and he looks at me funny like what really ? I am immediately alarmed, and I no longer wanted them to make my sandwich which I was supposed to consume. When I get back to my car again Its wrong AGAIN I go back in an after that look of death I received from the owner before I just asked for a refund I no longer wanted them to make my sandwich who know what would have happen then. Very disappointed with these practices

I went into the Newtown square Manhattan today and was completely appalled. The boss I think Paul was yelling at his young female employee over nothing and he was in just the worst mood to customers and his employees. Ive been here a few times before and also had someone take my order I think the name was sue and she messed up my lunch sandwich twice on different occasions. I dont recommend this place it seems very unorganized and the bosses are unprofessional and mean. My friends daughter used to work her and she said it was one of the most ridiculous jobs the boss was just so bipolar and irrational. It seems the younger crew that works here knows what they are doing and are completely polite and apologetic for their bosss behavior. But unfortunate the man brings the place way down in ratings. I wouldnt support that man. Just one star for the poor young crew hes got hired theyre a good bunch of kids.

Went to Media and asked for steak and they "didnt have any." Did not bother to say sorry, or even look, or suggest anything else. Drove to Newtown square and asked for steak and the employee sighed and reluctantly said "yeah" in a very rude manner- didnt make eye contact with me the rest of the time. The service at both places was horrendous, cold, and rude. I am no longer going back to either place. I was a regular customer at manhattan bagel. That is not how you run a business- and as a result, you just lost a customer. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the food is good, but its heavily weighed down by the poor customer service.

I love coming to this Manhattan bagel location! Everyone who works at this location is extremely friendly. The owners even know customers and their orders on a first name basis. Fresh bagels and a comfortable atmosphere. Orders are ready within minutes due to the incredibly hard working staff. Everything youd expect and more from your friendly neighborhood bagel shop.

My first time ever visiting a Manhattan Bagel. The guy was great however the lady that gave me my sandwich when it was done asked if I paid already even though I had a bag of bagels in my hand. What had me offended was that she hadnt asked anyone else when they got their sandwich.

I get a sandwich here a couple times a week . Nice place except for the music blaring constantly. They have hard rock on at all times. I like rock but I think some more mellow music would be more appropriate when our just trying to relax and grab a bite.

Great Bagels ! breakfast sammies are the best around and this is a true mom and pop shop! i recommend the california bagel with butter and cream cheese! They are the bomb! and pork roll and egg on any bagel in here! fresh made per your order, call ahead.

The owners seem like nice people but they are always out of bagels and for some reason they turn the grills off 30 minutes before the store closes and will not make sandwiches. Disappointing
