Went to new BK on Ridge an trooper. New store looked great but food was horrible. Went threw drive threw at 5pm for dinner for my kids. Ordered 6 Jr whoppers an 2 double bacon chs burgers. The whoppers were cold an looked like theyve been sitting there all day. They were beyond soggy with mayo an tomato juice drenched all over the outside of the bun. Even the wrappers were drenched. It was nasty. The bacon chs burgers literally had 1 tiny piece of bacon on them it was pathetic. And they werent even busy. What a complete waste of money I will never come to this BK again. Customer service was also lousy. I never right reviews an this is my first bad review Ive ever written. Thats how bad it was.

Food is normal fast food. Employees are pretty friendly. The one lady is VERY nice even helped with out carrying our tray to our table. Soda fountain has TONS of options. Clean bathrooms and clean tables. My only reason for giving it 4 stars not 5 was the play area. It is a great addition to the restaurant but... the sign says that you have to have socks on to play and NOT ONE KID HAD SOCKS ON!!! My kids will always wear socks in these places eww. No one enforces this "rule" either. Ive also noticed kids leaving the play area to go out to the dining area with bare feet, yuck!

2561 West Main Street is the worst Burger King that I have ever seen. I went there twice. Both Times were an issue. the first time my order was all messed up and the second time was simple a Sundae. The second time I was told that they were out of the cups for Sundaes but that they could make it in a regular cup. After Waiting for 20 min to get up to the drive in window. Nope Sorry, we cant do that. that was the last time they will EVER waste my time. This locations Service sucks and the food is Mediocre at best.

Ordered a grilled chicken Made Like a Whopper - Just the tomato. What did I get as Usual a tendergrill chicken sandwhich no cheese no onion on a tiny ass sesame seed bun. Other than that my bf loved his bacon swiss burger. Its fast food so what do should I expect I guess. It just sucks to pay for that get home think u got what u wanted cuz it looked like they was paying attention. So much for "Having it Your Way" huh BK.

This BK in Trooper is a really poorly run store (they cant even bother to empty overflowing trash cans). The main problem seems to be the food handlers in the back - they must be high or something, as they really seem like major F-ups, the only thing theyre consistent at is getting your order wrong, or serving cold, dried out burgers on stale or smashed rolls. Theyre pathetic... Dont bother

Horrible parking lot. Very awkward drive-thru setup. Seemingly 12-year-olds working here, getting things wrong, forgetting to give items, having to re-read my receipt they asked me to give back to them 5 times to confirm order then still messing it up and not giving my receipt back. Survey code doesnt print to be able to complain in a survey or get the survey coupon offer.

They are the worst I asked for a burger with the cheese on top of the burger and they made it wrong so I give it back to them so Instead of making me a new Burger they just put the cheese on top of it and give me the same Burger that was already made wrong.Its supposed to be have it your way not have it their way

This location has improved since their recent (2016) remodel. They usually get the order right through drive-thru, and they will often give you a food item for free if u have to wait for your order for awhile. The food is Burger King; same as you get in every other Burger King around.

I ordered a tendercrisp chicken sandwich and a sweetened iced tea. Chicken sandwich was good but chicken could have more flavor, iced tea is not as good as McDs. Plus sandwich was falling apart while I was eating it. $7.40 for drive thru sandwich and medium drink? This isnt TGIF!

Its OK for a burger king. It does have an outdoor playground. The food is usually OK. There are computers and free wifi if you are brave enough to use them. The bathrooms are unusually clean for a burger king.

Customer service still needs great improvement. Waiting time for your order is ridiculous slow. Food finally comes out and French fries are stone cold.
