How come Google Reviews hasnt made a "zero stars" option yet?? oh well, well this place is one i can at least check off the ol bucket list. The owner or manager had an attitude as soon as we walked in and you could just feel the tension, the waitress brought cold, what felt like, microwaved food to our table, we got the crappy breakfast before the drinks which i found weird but, ok, and then never seen our waitress again. Didnt know if she ran away or got lost, but i had to hunt someone down to pay the check (i always make sure my waitress gets payment in any establishment) so that took about 35 extra minutes waiting around for someone to acknowledge we hadnt been checked on , still never seen the waitress but we asked the hostess person to make sure she gets the payment. Just all around weird feeling, and then AFTER we left, we get word not to eat there anymore because of a "bugs" problem......... food and service wasnt even good enough to go back so youll never see me in that place again.

This was my first time eating here and never again. The food is just plain awful!! had to send back my food It tasted sour and then I had to wait close to 45 minutes just to get a cheese burger, that the cheese was grated on top of the burger and It didnt even come with fries, I had to ask for them!! come on!! is this place serious. Sad to say that was even awful. The soup was salt water and had no flavor, I was given cole slaw which I didnt eat and when I went to pay, I noticed my waitress gave it to another table...I was shocked, how unsanitary is that! Any one who thinks this place is wonderful or even good...then Im sad to say my friend, you dont know what a "great" diner experience is. Dont get me started on Smyrna diner, that place also sucks big time....yuck!!

I had recently visited this restaurant and the service was horrible. I had ordered a chicken ceaser wrap to go with a side order of fries. After arriving home to enjoy my dinner I started I spotted a piece of hair on a few of my French fries. At this point I had already taken a bit of the wrap and then decided to open it up only to find another piece of hair inside the lining of the wrap itself. I immediately called the Restaurant to inform them of this issue and when the phone was finally answered I was totally taken away with the level of unprofessionalism that was given to me I was rudely told to bring it back in. When I arrived the waitress didnt even bother to apologize for the inconvenience.

I felt as if I was transported back in time to when places like this greasy spoon were the premier eatery in every town. Where you would get a glance of a local celebrity or politician. A time when restaurants werent held to a high cleaning standard and mice and roaches would visit your table. .A time when local inspectors could be paid off and turn a blind eye to the rotting food in the back. To the Hollywood diner I say HAZAH and thank you for bringing the eating out experience back to what it once was.

we had 3 different wraps which were all perfect, stuffed and delicious. the pancakes are thick and tasty, the eggs were a little over cooked but I definitely would go back. I read the other reviews so maybe they did get a new cook. although there was a long hair on top of my wrap but not cooked in it. I just discarded it and ate the wrap. If it has been a restaurant and not a diner I definitely would have complained but everything else was good so...

The waitress didnt bother to write anything down, which of course made her forget some of the order. My father ordered eggs and she forgot the toast, I ordered a sandwich and she looked at me like she never heard of it before. Just a horrible experience. Probably wont go back. Plus theyre quick to throw the check at you as soon as you get the food. Surprised they didnt bring the food in take home containers, felt very rushed.

My boyfriend and I visit here about once a moth when we travel to Dover. Waitresses are always very nice and accommodating. Omelets are amazing!!!! The ladies restroom could defiantly use some work. It is very small. To get to the sink you have to close the door to the largest stall and hold it there with your foot so youre able to wash your hands. No matter what time of day we stop in, the restroom is always clean

It was awful. Pubic Hair was all over the table and we found a hair in our home fries. I orded two pancakes and when they came out there was a nasty piece of moldy cheese.when I went to the bathroom the door was half way off the hinges and kept hitting me as a tried to wash my hands. It was disgusting and the scrapple tasted like a rubber bouncy ball. Not worth the money and very dirty.

Comin folks, I eat in diners often. This diner is a real rip off. Nearly $9 for sausage and 2 eggs. The rest of the menu is highly priced and the wait staff arrogant.. few diners compare with this one. If there was a minus rating, the Hollywood would get a -10 for price. Redsoxl must have been drunk when he wrote his review... No change. Still the sort in the area..

The food was good (I had chipped beef on toast, which was the special that morning) but there was a strange odor near our booth. You could see an air freshener someone had stashed next to the booth to disguise the smell. It smelled like a dead mouse, but worse. I think it may have been a drain that was putting out some bad odor.

Soooo gross... Found a straw wrapper cooked into my home fries and lipstick on the rim of my coffee cup. Bathroom did not have soap in dispenser... Only soap was in opened soap pump on sink top. When asked if something had nuts, waitress replied ,"not sure", but didnt offer to go check.

I gave this place two chances first the pancakes and french toast were lacking and then the Texas burger and the pastry just werent cutting the mustard, you would think a place like this would somehow stand out with its own taste but ihop and bob evans are much better options

Had went there on 12/24/15 after some late night shopping and found a live mouse in the toilet. Will never go there again. Tried to leave a review on their facebook page and woke up the next morning to find out the tag was removed and I was banned from the page.

Just awful . Food looked and tasted microwaved. Ever warmed up deep fried fish and fries in the microwave? The highlight of our meal was the Pepsi products in a glass. Complaints to the manager and all they could offer us was a free meal. No thank you.

I LOVE this place. The fact that I always see the owner in there busting his ass working just as hard, if not harder, than his employees, says a lot. The service is fast, the food is amazing, the proportions are huge, and the staff are very friendly.
