I used to love this restaurant, my girls and I went fequently, the manager was great she always remembered us and made a point of stopping at the table to say hi. I believe she is now the district manager. We live 20 miles out of town and since I had an appointment in town, I went in this morning to place a Togo order, well we always order the chicken crepes, so when I get home and we open orders there is no sauce, I call restaurant and manager on duty Jamie, says IHOP changed recipe, no sauce. So I go to write corporate, and also checked online menu. lol and behold, it shows they are supposed to have a cheese sauce. So I call back to talk to manager and he is like oh yeah they are supposed to have sauce, and he says well you can drive back in. I explain again I am 20 miles out and he is like oh well too bad. When I explain that I am unhappy with that his attitude is oh well who cares. So needless to say we wont be eating at this IHOP again with this kind of management!

The hostess are rude especially one named angie.I would advise that they get a new one. I came in with a party of five and was greeted with an attitude as if she didnt want to seat us. We then were sat in a small corner booth where there were multiple big parties. When we asked if we could get another table the hostess Angie did not want to give us another seat until another waitress allowed us to sit in another area which was pretty much empty.once we were seated the hostess angie continued to speak about us in the front with her coworkers.

I havent been to an Ihop in years. Last visit was not great. So when my son suggested I was apprehensive but went for it. WOW. It was excellent, reasonable prices, had to box half of it up, high quality and damn tasty. The service was quick and good. I will be returning soon. I got an omelette, I forget the name but it was full of pork roast, bacon, sausage, ham and just about anything else you could imagine. The wife got a double bacon club. My boy got chicken and waffles. We all took boxes home. All the plates were great.

The hostess was rude as soon as we walked in. I was with my elderly grandfather and she pretty much power walked to the table farthest from the door. During our entire experience, the wait staff gathered in loud laughing and off color conversations in the "employees only" are behind the wall while one waiter chatted loudly with a couple of customers who were his friends while sitting on a table. The floor had dirty napkins and French fries all over the place and our table wasnt even wiped down!

HUGE waste of time. I sadly ignored the previous reviewers and went anyway- when we entered the restaurant, it was packed- a hostess told us twice that she had our name down to seat us. 20 minutes later, after 2 families were seated that came in after us, I went up to ask the hostess if our name was still on the list. She checked and shook her head no. No apology, nothing- needless to say, we left. Extremely disappointing. Im hoping this will save the next person from being treated the same way.

When we entered the restaurant we were not greeted with smiles. The interior is dirty, floors, walls, etc. Flies . Our server was just attentive enough to keep her tip in the black but definitely not the best service weve ever had. I had to get up myself and get my own drink refill. The food was mediocre. We ate at an IHOP in Louisiana yesterday and it was hands down better. There doesnt appear to be much in the way of supervision at this location. 2 stars is probably about right.

Im not a huge breakfast eater, but when I do, I pick IHOP. They always have something new to try, and the food is consistently good. The portions are big, its not too expensive, and the service is always top notch. The servers tend to treat everyone like friends. This location is always very clean and well maintained. I would always recommend this IHOP to anyone looking for a big, satisfying, delicious breakfast, served with a smile and some friendly chit-chat.

Standard food youd expect at an IHOP, but what made it great was the service. This has been my second visit to this location, and is becoming a favorite put stop on the trip to and from the beach. All the staff are very friendly. Food is served quickly and hot. I was very impressed on this visit to see the wait staff wiping down all of the syrup bottles and other things that are usually left on the tables, like salt and pepper shakers. Love this place!

Ive given this particular IHOP many chances over the past seven years, but alas, every one has ended in disappointment. They NEVER seem to be able to get an order right and Im not particularly hard to please. On my past visit they sent the pancakes AND eggs out undercooked. The pancakes were just batter in the center still. I just expect better for the price point of this restaurant.

Typical Ihop place BUT what makes this one special is the amazing Manager Dave. Always friendly and knows what good customer service is. He keeps everything running smoothly. We go almost every Monday and Thursday to this location so I have watched him for many weeks doing an awesome job. Food is usually great and service is with a smile.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Food was under cooked, over cooked, just the worst place for breakfast.Service was terrible. Lil ass table. Dirty dirty dirty. I would not go here at All. Bob Evans its the best around everybody needs to walk out and go to BOB EVANS!!!!!!!!!!!

Very disappointed. Ice cold toppings & frozen butter on hotcakes. Diamond the server was rude. Changed her attitude when time for check. Good chef; pancakes, turkey sausage, & scrambled eggs cooked perfect & were delicious. 2 stars for service; 4 stars for food quality.

Unbelievable. ..the buy one get one free on Monday beware you need to order drinks or its not eligible! !! The service was mediocre at best . Last week service wasnt good either. Wont be back thats for sure.

Server had a hard time getting order right. Cooks evidently could care less about ensuring meals are put together correctly. No towels in the restroom. Need to get IT TOGETHER or customers will be lost.

Friendly staff and the food was very good. Usually I feel guilty paying for someone to make me breakfast but this location did a good job making it worth the money. Pancake special with eggs and coffee.

Wait staff was GREAT, very attentive and sweet. A touch disappointed that the blackberrys are on a recall list :-( THAT IS NOT THEIR FAULT. Still one of the best breakfast in town.

Tried fish & chips and Cajun Chicken Linguini Alfredo. Meh. Service was wonderful and the place was clean but the food tasted like I got it from a school cafeteria. Edible.

The food is not like it used to be. Not pleased with their services at all, I used to eat at IHOP all the time, but something changed, and now the food isnt great anymore.
