The so-called Manager "Maria" needs to be fired ASAP. This uncontrollable witch pulled up one evening (off the clock and not in uniform) with two car loads of her entire family, parked in both of the handicapped parking spots, left their vulgar music blaring and one car running which was full of kids crawling throughout the car. Maria threw her cigarette down on the ground at the door and blasted through the door right in the other door directly behind the counter. There were three groups of customers in the lobby including me and my family. Maria explicitly cussed out a young girl currently working and told her to get the F@$K out with total disregard of the customers in the lobby who saw and over heard everything. Maria then followed the now fired employee outside and continued to get in an vulgar argument with her in front of her little children who were now out of the vehicles playing in the parking lot and cussing up a storm themselves. At this time my family and I were outside and video recording everything that was happening. After the fired employee walked over into the mall parking lot and trying to call for a ride, Maria decides to pick her cigarette back up off the ground and continue smoking it as she kept up her vulgarity while now screaming and yelling at her children. About 2 minutes later a young female employee from inside the store came outside and started holding conversation with Maria and the children and calling them little sissy and so on. They were having a good old time reminiscing and then a second employee (Male) came outside and joined right in on the fun and excitement. After a few minutes of reminiscing, the two employees finally went back inside and directly behind the counter. A few minutes later, Maria walked inside and behind the counter as well. I decided to drive over to the person who got fired and spoke with her and she was shaking and scared to death over the entire incident. I asked her if she felt safe waiting over here in the mall parking lot where she was and she said no. I waited with her till her ride arrived. In the mean time the security guard from the mall, was outside wondering what was going on as well because he heard the screaming and yelling from the taco bell parking lot. I filled him in on the incident and he was not surprised and stated it was not the first time there has been arguments outside the taco bell. Shortly afterwards, a car arrived and picked up the fired employee. As they pulled off and headed out of the mall parking lot to Lehigh st, one of Marias cars took off after them. I immediately took off to follow them and both vehicles got stopped at the red light next to the bank. The car chasing the fired employee had to people exit the car who then approached the other car and started yelling at the fired employee and her ride. As I pulled up. I laid on the horn and exited my vehicle and told them to get back in their car and leave them alone. By this time the light turned green and the employees car took off. The young whipper snapper punk kid driving the chase car got back inside his car and rolled the window down about three inches and decided to act tough by yelling at me saying he would kick my "F"ing ass after he was behind is door and driving off. I called the store about a half an hour later to get the District Managers phone number to report the incident. I got hung up on once and then the second time I was given a strippers name and the phone number to Platinum Plus (Strip Club). Since they wanted to play this game, I called a different Taco Bell in the area and got the information to their District Manager, Keith. Obviously Taco Bell doesnt care about this type of activity from their employees since Keith never returned my calls. I also sent a message to the Corporate offices and they themselves never replied. Oh well, their loss and their embarrassment. I have all this on video and it will be posted to You Tube as Taco Bell and the store number (003728). I will continue my efforts to have these employees fired one way or another.

I discovered I was being ripped off on the double beef burrito after complaining about a unacceptable visit. I visit the three Allentown, Pa locations. All of them gave me the double beef burrito in different portions. It wasnt until I complained and went in to talk to management that I received the double beef burrito in proper portions. The incident that led to speaking with management was incredible. I had visited the lehigh st store several times this week and each night through the drive thru window I could see a tall man with rolled up sleeves handling food. They took offense to my viewing my food prepared by this arm pit employee. They asked me to move out of the drive thru to bring my food to me in the parking lot. I found it strange to be asked to move. I felt it was my fault because of my indecision with my ordering but there was no one behind me so I didnt think I was affecting the window time. When they eventually brought my food they made a comment that to the effect that I was inappropriately viewing the drive thru attendant. BUt I hadnt paid attention to her as I had been entertained by the taco bell arm pit employee. I get better service at the other taco bells in Allentown. When I went in to complain the managers attitude was dismissive in my complaint as I felt the incident was racial because they knew it was inappropriate for food employee to work with their arm pits exposed. The manager did remake my food and the six double beef burritos were finally prepared properly. I will be avoiding the lehigh st taco bell in the future no need to risk my health with arm pit hair or arm pit sweat. Please take note that the weather hasnt prompted the need to roll up sleeves. Perhaps the internal climate or just the wrong place of employment for the guy.

My customer satisfaction was so low that if the place was on fire and I had a bottle of water I would drink it. We came here and the dining room was closed. Looking inside it seemed like most of the employees were in there just to gossip. We went through the drive thru to take our order and it took 30 minutes for them to forget half our order and I took them another 30 minutes to bring us the stuff we needed. The one employee said she couldnt help us cause she was on 30 minute break but was on break for the whole hour we were there. We ordered a taco supreme and they didnt add any meat at all. We also ordered a nacho bell grande and they didnt add any of the nacho bell grande toppings. Along with that the bread was stale. All in all the service is horrible and I would not go there if it was the last place on earth.

When swinging through for breakfast on the way into work at around 7:20am I am always the only car in sight and am frequently made to pull around to the front to wait for my small order. This is after the employee struggles with inputting the one modification to my order - no ice in my drink. It wouldnt be an issue provided it wasnt the same employee every time; I know she isnt training as this has been going on for months. A fast food POS, any POS for that matter, isnt all that complex; one should be proficient within a week and easily mastering the system inside of a month.
