My bagel was delicious, however, prices are a bit too high as opposed to pre-renovation. Coffee station could use a nice wipe with some hot water and some TLC. Very funny how the staff member, a very friendly guy was trying too hard to up sell by suggesting random Add ons as the owner was hovering over him and watching him like hawk. If this new owner wants to make it here, He shouldnt question his patrons whether they looked at the prices before hand and if not, they should have!! So much for solutions oriented rationale .... Id lay the greedy and rude approach aside and focus on building a foundation with the Chesterbrook community, and may be refill the three empty syrup bottles out of the four and get the stickiness off of them. Nothing personal. I wish him the best!

Unfortunately since new ownership this establishment has suffered. Prices have increased a lot. Further, the muffin I got recently could have been used as a hammer, it was so stale. Additionally, even tho I frequented the place often, the new owner has never once acknowledged me as previous owners did, nor does he say hi or welcome. A little customer service goes a long way once you have raised prices and cut back on ingredients. Sad.

This is my first and last time order here in this location, not even worth one star. I have a coupon for free drink and chips with any purchase of lunch sandwich. He said I have to pay more $$ in order to get that free chips&drink, and the price will not be the same for that promotion. I used this coupon in a different location and that was not the case. Ripped off in this location Chesterbrook.
