To start off, this situation happened an hour ago, and I felt the need to rate this location. This was supposed to be a "pick the next place you see" kind of situation because my boyfriend and I were in somewhat of a rush. I really enjoyed the decor. It has a very friendly environment, physically. However, the girl at the register, Maya, didnt smile, didnt seem to care, and generally didnt seem like she wanted to help customers. It took her five minutes to even acknowledge that we were even in the building. We ordered the 2 for $10 deal on whopper meals. Both sandwiches were ordered to have cheese and bacon. I ordered a carmel frappe for my drink. At the end of the order she asked us "is that it?" instead of something friendlier like "would you like anything else?" Or something to that effect. It took a little over 15 minutes to get our food and it wasnt even too busy. There were two couples before us who were already waiting when we started ordering. Not once did I hear "Thank you" or "Enjoy your meal" or "Have a nice day" from anyone, not even the manager, to any of the customers. Everyone, including the manager, looked upset and we, the customers, received the effect of it. The drink bar was horrendous. There was trash all over the drink area like no one has cleaned that area all day. There was a handwritten "out of order" note taped to the Coke dispenser. The note had a smiley face on it which was the only smile we got during our visit. The frappe I received was mocha even though our receipt verified that it was supposed to be carmel. I dont like mocha so I didnt even drink it except for the few sips I took that determined the flavor. If she forgot which one it was supposed to be, she should have rechecked instead of guessing. The fries were extremely over done. I took a single bite from a single fry and I was done with them. The fries tasted like they were cooked in rancid oil for way too long. I opened my burger to check if it was correct because I lost faith in the staff very soon after we started ordering. My bacon was also extremely over done and there wasnt much to it. A few small pieces was all I got on my burger but thats not as bad as my boyfriends burger, which didnt get any bacon at all even though we paid for it. The wrapper that held my sandwich had spots of ketchup on the outside so it was a mess to even open. The overall look if the sandwich was sloppy and generally not pleasing. We wont be going back for two reasons. First, we were in the area for a few days on business. When we stopped in to this particular location, we were on our way back home two hours away. Secondly, this was quite literally, the worst fast food experience my boyfriend and I have ever had. There was something wrong with every item except for his soda, which was just a cup so it would be difficult to mess that up. I dont expect perfection but this was subpar for even fast food standards.

Do not go on Sundays. They are too busy to keep up with the orders and need new drive thru staff. After ordering I was told to park out front and wait for the food. Waited 15 minutes after ordering for the food to be brought out front . Ended up going inside to find out what was going on and was told only the manager could help. Had to wait another 10 minutes to speak with her. Finally got the food, which was sitting at the drive thru window the entire time. She did give me fresh fries. However, I ordered onion rings and was not going to wait for more to be made. Needless to say, other than the fries all the food was cold and not what I had originally ordered. The cashier completely botched the order.

Very friendly and patient staff Ive gone to this Burger King 3 days in a row for a quick lunch with my family while staying at the Hampton Inn next door i was helped by a young man named "W" he recognized me after the first visit and the staff was very friendly to the children. Im not a burger king, or fast food in general fan but this location was convenient and i was very imoressed with the staff and environment they had ice cream cones for only 50 cents the kids loved it and even for being very busy the food came out no more than 5 minutes after we ordered and everything was correct each day. The customers around us seemed satisfied as well

Not the best burger king in the world. The food doesnt seem as fresh as it should be. Whopper Wednesday also means getting the order screwed up and they always put cheese on the sandwich. It is usually clean, but the condiments and sodas are usually empty.

The young girl started taking my order than walked away. I stood there for over 5 minutes waiting to finish my order while the girl went to the drive thru. Thats unacceptable as there was enough staff to cover the drive thru.

The man who took our order was polite and attentive. The food was made in about two minutes. I ate inside having a whopper meal. Food was hot and bacon was fresh. Fries were hot and crispy. Solid burger king. Ill be back.

Its terrible hate it and the emoloyees terrible and the manager littery threw the buffalo sauce at my tray after i had asked for an extra one. No need to throw it when i can pay for it. Never going back there again

Went there on a saturday night around 8:40 and they have the resturant dinning room area locked and the sign outside said it was open till 11pm. We arent going back there ever again.

The owner doesnt like mustard so mustard isnt offered outside of packets. Went back two days later and took THIRTY MINUTES to get my food. The place is unacceptable.

My burger and the burger my wife got were saturated with mayonnaise. Staff were pleasant and efficient, but the food could have definitely been better.
