Customer Servicecare
The customer service here is terrible! You cannot list one price online and charge me another, which is what the manager did. After paying for my meal, I realized that I was overcharged. I showed the manager the discrepancies on the online menu versus the in-restaurant one, and he proceeded to argue with me about $2 differences. Not only did he not reimburse me, he was also rude, and unintelligible. He told me to "get outta here" and waved his hand at me. In this day and age you would think business owners would know better. Then a random server decides to back him up without really knowing the situation: They both kept saying, "they dont change the prices." Who is they??? These people clearly did not attend school for customer service. Please do not eat here and support such terrible service! People must learn to treat customers properly. Because of a $5 savings for this restaurant, they will now receive a poor review and be reported for false advertising.

This is absolutely one of the best restaurants with very courteous waiters and waitresses besides an owner who really cares about customers... I have always enjoyed their delicious Caesar Salads and pasta dishes. Last night April 17th I took my wife and she loved it. We both were treated with total class & will be going back very soon. Must say it is BYOB but the most pleasing moment was when MR P. graciously gave us wine when we had none. Thank you Fellinis!!! David & Donna S.

I LOVE Fellinis Cafe! I can not say enough about their food, staff, and atmosphere. Their fettuccine alfredo is otherworldly! I consider myself an alfredo snob -- I get the dish anytime Im at an Italian restaurant -- and none come close to Fellinis. There are multiple Fellinis around Delco, however, they are not owned or managed by the same people. This one is hands down the best! Go, go, go!

The host would not seat us because we were a party of two and they only had four tops available. Five empty tables and no one else waiting. And we had a reservation! Even after 10 minutes of waiting the host would not budge. Terrible customer service. We left and ate at Giuseppes and managed to salvage our evening.

Great little restaurant. The food was good, perfect portion sizes, just took a little long to come out. The decor was OK, nothing worth noting but definitely nothing wrong with it. The service was good as well, again nothing worth noting but not bad either. Overall, I would recommend Fellini Cafe.

Patrizio, GM. Excellent service. Food is wonderful. Brazino grilled to perfection. Lightly glazed with olive oil, ground pepper. Served with sliced zucchini, carrots and broccoli. After main course, a shot of espresso then a frothy cappuccino.

the line out the door must mean good things are going on at fellinis. the food is flavorful and a good bang for your buck. try the take out if youre not ready for the ridiculous wait times. it never disappoints.

Still "THE BEST" restaurant in the area. Everyone is always nice and unlike some other restaurants in the area the owner cares about his customers. Food is also amazing. Highly recommend.

Just ordered take out and I am very dissapointed. I ordered a crab and pasta dish, but there was hardly any crab with the pasta. I paid $21 for pasta that I could have made myself.

I was very disappointed with food. Veal Picata was oily and lacked texture. Chicken Marsala was bland and had no Marsala flavoring.
