New owners continue to fail to get it. I visit 4 kings locations regularly. Used to be almost daily, now down to 1-2x/wk. And thats mainly just due to convenience and habit. Constant personnel turnover since acquisition. Often understaffed. Help wanted signs at every location. Inconsistent food quality and service. Have raised prices again and again. Latest menu looks like theyre trying to turn it into Applebees. Do you see Applebees thriving in this area? Kings was about value. Consistency. Familiar faces. And fun (frownie). All of that is long gone.

Waited for 30 minutes at front desk with no assistance. When we were finally seated it took forever to get our food - almost 2 hours from the time we wntered, until we left, and were not slow waters. Worst of all, my Daughter found a long piece of metal in her soup. Thankfully we caught it before she ate it. (I have pictures.) No one at the restaurant seemed to be too concerned with their level of service. Avoid.

We had a great waitress named "Montreal". She was very pleasant and checked on us a couple of times while we ate, not hovering or bothersome but attentive. I had the turkey Eggs Benedict and it was prepared perfectly. I even got the managers attention and told her how great it was. The poached eggs were perfection. Great experience! Home cooking, friendly service and they have brownies!!!!

A great place to go ! Great food and lots of "homemade" items on the menu. Friendly and attentive staff. Clean and with a homey atmosphere. Three of us (two big guys with hearty appetites and a little lady who pigged out. lol) ate very well and all for $40.00! This place is a keeper!

Ordered extra crispy home fries, but ended up with regular ones. Waitress quickly corrected the problem after I brought it to her attention. The coffee was really weak, but I loved the sourdough bread!

Waitress sucked however cook came out to make sure of my order and later if all was good with food when i told her order wad good but need coffee waitress was slow with checking back for refills

Not as good as they used to be. Been out of town for a few years and was my favorite place to get breakfast. They are so slow now and food is cold by the time it gets to you.
