Terrible night at Kings tonight... My wife son and I went to eat here. My 3 year old son wanted a burger and when it came out there was mold on the bun. Yes the manager apologized and took his meal off the bill. The waitress was terrible, she took forever getting my drink and the refill too. When we were done eating, we asked for a box for our sons burger. The waitress cleaned the table off and threw my sons new burger that he only ate part of away. I was not very happy with my visit thats for sure. I go to get on their website to file a complaint and low and behold the contact us part of the website doesnt work

This was a horrible experience at this Kings. It took the food over 30 minutes to reach our table. The waiter was a lil different. Overly friend with one table that got food after sitting 30 minutes after us and was almost to the point of sitting down with them. He would walk by while asking if we were ok. I would prefer if he would never wait on us! The manager never came to ask if everything was ok.... like at other restaurants would of done! Would really thunk twice before c wed return.

We used to love Kings, but since new ownership took over the food has not been the greatest, prices have gone up and quality has gone down. We keep going back every few months and keep saying after the visit nope not coming back but we keep hoping it will change and give it another chance, but it has been awhile since we have been there so hopefully things have changed with the menu, pricing and quality of food would be a shame to see this place go down hill...

Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is the management. Mark he deviates from the normal of the restaurant. He makes you pay for large drinks when getting to go and only allows wait staff to give smalls has happened 3 time when the crew I work with has come here and its him telling staff they cant give is larges to go even though they have the cups. Food is great and great prices. Owner needs to get rid of this creep hes rude and scamming people out of money.

Had a really great experience here. Came with my daughter and the 2 babies. The waitress Bella, very nice young lady, bright the babies out some fishy crackers. Then took our orders. Coffee was awesome as was the food. It was a little chilly by the window though. Everything else was nice.

A definite Butler style, family restaurant. My family, extended family and many friends have been coming here for years. There have been rare complaints but the management / staff always try to resolve it to your satisfaction. One of my favorite places to go for comfort food

This restaurant is decent. I have never seen the restaurant busy. There are usually about two or three other tables eating during my visits. The food is okay, not great and the service is as you would expect from a mediocre establishment, not the worst, but the not the best.

Whilst visiting, my friends had told me about the soup here. Seeing as it was in the middle of October, any warm food would do the trick. But this was some very tasty Broccoli Soup! If I go back to Butler, Ill be sure to get a few more things from the menu!

Kings is a good place but not to much is actually homemade. Came with hubby, daughter and 2 grandkids. We were full when we left. The lemon mer. pie wasnt good. Eat and park is definitely way better. I still love coming here though.

After a fulfilling meal of eggs and chocolate pancakes I was horrified to find that they no longer sell the delectable Frowny Brownies. Not only did that sorely disappoint me, but it gave my little brother virtually no reason to live.

My waiter was Mr. Levi Cody I usually dont like male waiters but he was a a great waiter he aims to please he provided us with much hospitality the food it! was great! I am so full. I and my company found a great experience.
