Should it take 25 minutes to get 2 burgers and onion rings? I had to actually go to the counter and ask where our food was because every person that came in after us had been served. Then they gave us one wrong burger, had to take it back and wait another 12 minutes for another one. All I got was a lame sorry. Pathetic customer service! This is the second time we have gotten terrible service at this location. There wont be a third time.

Unfortunately the people working here cant seem to get it right. The last three times Ive patronized this location my orders were incorrect. Oh, and another thing.........as I went into the ladies room and opened the stall there was something on the floor that completely turned me off of this place. It was a turd. No lie.

Being an employee, especially in the fast food, I wouldnt expect much of an experience. Ive almost been working here a year and its amazing. All the employees are kind and theres no better food in town. You cant get the service from Dairy Queen at McDonalds. Its a must have!

Staff is rather incompetent, food is good once they somehow manage to get it right. Be VERY SPECIFIC about what you want, spell it out like your talking to a small child when it comes to ice cream. Otherwise, Its probably going to be wrong.

Its Dairy Queen so you know the treats are great and the food is decent fast food. But this location has nice seating areas indoor and out, free Wi-Fi, and super friendly service. Recommended!
