Came earlier in the week to eat and we had a SUPER sweet waitress--sad I didnt get her name. She was in HS and had braces. Very attentive with a sweet disposition. Food took awhile, but she kept engaging us so we didnt notice too much. Came again tonight thinking wed get great service again..NOPE! There were 3 hostesses and a cook. It took well over an hour from when we were seated to when we left. I didnt receive my full order and had to ask for items that were just sitting there getting cold, while my kids were waiting on them. The 3 ladies were gathered around the cook just watching him. No one offered to help (there was one other table when we arrived, and 2 others came in shortly after us. Were a family of 7--we dont spend $20 when we go to eat, and yes, we are hoping (and willing to pay) for GREAT service!! Take a look at the pictures of all the happy, smiling employees from way back when. Now, youre lucky if you get a smile and a greeting. So tired of how the F&B Industry here is filled with a lot of people frustrated with their job and annoyed when you need them to do it correctly. It doesnt matter if its fast food or a restaurant, it seems everywhere we go, service is majorly lacking!! Please re-train your staff.

This location could use better employees. Just about every time I walk in, the tables are all dirty even though there are no other customers and about 3 employees just sitting on their phone. Went in this evening and when one of the workers saw us looking for a clean table he goes "Oh this table in the corner is clean." Our idea of clean must be different because there was some sort of liquid on our table that wasnt water, and there was also something in the salt shaker that wasnt salt. Not to mention theres usually always ants on the tables. The food is usually pretty good, but I have to send it back because they almost always forget to put the gravy on my hash browns. When we went in tonight about 3 of the employees were talking about how they "hate military". My husband and I looked at each other but decided to keep our mouths shut, however the lady behind us spoke up and said "You all shouldnt be so vocal about it." when the waitress said "Excuse me?" the lady replied "You guys are always so noisy in here" to which the waitress responded with a sarcastic apology. This location has awful customer service and I will no longer be going here.

We visited this location early on a Monday morning. It was approx 3:30 am. When we entered, the cook never even acknowledged we were there, kept cleaning the grill area even after I spoke to her at least 3 times. I saw no one else at this point. Finally she went over and woke up the waiter who was soundly sleeping at the other end of the restaurant. Again, no words were said to us. The waiter comes over..takes our order..goes ahead and give us the check and proceeds to go back to sleep. The cook made our food and put it on the table and then she disappears. So much for refills or anything. Whenever we finished, there was no one to be Seen! I could have walked out without paying. I went to the sleeping waiter and woke him up so I could pay. I understand that it was early in the morning, but I work third shift too and I would be fired if I slept on the job. Awful place. Awful Awful. I will never go back

The staff were super nice. However; the place was filthy. The table was never cleaned before we sat down. The waitress didnt bring us flatware until the meals were served, and then when she did, she handed out individual forks to each of us (no knives or spoons); the fridge or cabinet in the food prep area was continually dripping water. The floors in the food prep area were filthy (not just food, but not swept, fuzzy things plus food, filthy), the stock person had his earbuds loud, we were able to dance to the rhythm, the seats were dirty, so we walked back to the hotel with dirty clothes. To say the least, the place is filthy. For salads (some of us ordered), we received a nice heaping bowl of lettuce (no tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, or any of the other things you expect to experience in a toss salad,....just a heaping bowl of lettuce).

unprofessional night staff. nit friendly what so ever. talk inappropriately to each other as if no one is watching. unkept kitchen area. dirty ceiling tiles. had to wipe down counter for me to sit at. pretty sure the cook didnt wash his hands after we walked past him smoking outside before returning to work. sat down at the stools, a couple walks in after me and is waited on first with two servers on duty. same server who took my order doesnt wash hands prior yo returning to work after smoking, grabs empty plates. dirty dishes, I know they are dirty but still. I work in the food service industry and Im appalled. this experience and my first experience are complete opposites. one piece of advice, dont go at night. better off picking some place else.

I used to work at waffle house so I know how the experience should go. Me and my family came to this waffle house because of its convenience of being 465 feet from the hotel we are staying at while in town. Was worried because of the reviews I saw but we were very satisfied. We were there during the end of 2nd shift so all of the workers were doing their end of shift duties but most definitely gave us the attention we deserved. We had a male young male server and he was great. The cook was a female and the food was spot on. Have nothing negative to say. The restaurant was clean as well as the bathrooms. Spectacular compared to some of the waffle houses Ive seen. Thumbs up to the staff here!

TERRIBLE DO NOT COME HERE. Came to eat here and it was NOT busy at all. There were 5 empty tables that were not cleaned off and servers did not even acknowledge us. All 6 servers were extremely slow moving and had no desire to serve us. We finally sat down at a dirty table hoping they would take our order and clean the table. That did not happen. We spent 45 minutes there before we just got up and left. No order taken, not even acknowledged by the serves when they had looked at us several times. TERRIBLE ALL STAFF NEEDS TO BE FIRED. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

Three of us walked into Waffle House together tonight. The place was filthy. We could not find a clean table. Every table was nasty, disgusting. We sat at the counter. We saw at least four different people behind the counter but not one of them spoke. Not one asked about taking an order. NOT one acknowledged our presence; we must have been invisible to them. It felt as though we were interrupting a private session of somekind, that we were an inconvenience. There was NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If I could have rated this place a zero star, I would have!!!

Terrible service every time I go there. There is always, I repeat always something wrong with my order. The last straw was today when I walked in to a manager and cook arguing about another employee walking out on their shift while preparing customers food. To make matters worst, they both completely stopped prepping orders and went into the back room to shout at each other. Needless to say myself and every other customer could hear them cursing and being completely unprofessional. And, of course, my order was wrong yet again.
