For all of you out there saying we have bad service and "Mediocre food" and that we are not clean I call BULLSH*T. I have been a waffle house employee for give or take 6 months. I will definetly admit that there are so many people there that dont give a crap, dont do there job correctly, mainly 1st and 2nd shift cooks, and it makes the people who are outstanding employees look bad. My name is kyle S. I am a cook, I usually work 3rd shift 4 or 5 days a week. Anyone who wants to write a bad review or say something about the cleanliness, I ask you to come in while im working. I will show you that not all these lazy good for nothing people give us a bad name. I take very much pride in my food, the presentation of it and cleanliness of my grill come in while im working n i will show you a good meal thats both satisfying and delicious. Also the first shift waitresses are rude as hell. I will agree with everyone on that. they make more money than any cook there and still complain, and refuse to clean and get mad when I bring a stack of dirty dishes that werent washed correctly. Us cooks make minimum wage so of course there will be quite a few that hate there jobs and cant wait to run out n leave a huge mess for the next shift. Anyone who comes in n likes what we cook, dont tip out the waitresses if its bad service and tip the cook, I personally wotk harder than just about any waitress or any cook there, there rude to us, they rush us n its stressful. So stop in n see if u can catch me on a day im working, I GUARANTEE!!!! you will love what i cook for u :)

Ive been going to this location for the last 3 years due to its convenience. The food has always just been ok but their customer service members usually make the difference. The last couple times Ive been to this location Ive noticed the change in servers however the same managers were there. Tonight however was completely different, a server Ive never seen argued with me about the meal Ive ordered for the last 3 years. I asked to speak to a manager and she said its pointless but sure. She then proceeds to talk to the "manager" (which Im quite sure was not a manager) who then screams across the restaurant to me, "we have never done that and never will". I was then forced to continue this conversation over a distance because my request for him to come closer was denied. Very quickly I decided this was not the place I wanted to eat at, as I was leaving he screamed "the manager will be here at 7am". This is in no way shape or form that a manager should speak to a customer and on top of that it is the same exact meal that Ive ordered 1-2 tines a month for the last 3 years. The only difference tonight in my part was that instead of coming in with my wife and child I came in with my mixed race brother, this may not be a factor in the situation however that is the only change on my part.

Despite getting a biscuit and gravy sub every single time we come here, we got the annoying talk down by the waitress and manager (or whatever he is) that we have gotten the sub in from before. Tried to claim they havent done it in two years, know for a fact both of them have been present when weve gotten the sub before, from them, within the past two years. In fact, that Hispanic-ish manager guy is the one the servers have to go in the back and bring out every time. He looks at us, mumbles, groans, goes hmmmmm and then says yeah fine okay for you to sub yes thats okay. Every time. Every month or two when we come in for the last four years. I dont care if theres an upcharge of a buck, personally, but its stupid to sit and lie to my face. No tip for liars.

This proves not every waffle house is the same, and its a shame. Its a tiny hole in the wall, the problem is its filthy the floors appear to never have been washed dinner they opened the doors. The food was passable, however, it made me violently ill shortly after leaving. The service was horrific when we sat down the waitresses hovered over us waiting for us to order before we could even take a passing glance at the menu. Though after our food was delivered that was the last we saw of her. Twenty minutes of waiting for a check we finally flagged down another server.

Literally the worst waffle house I have ever been too. The food was mediocre. The service was absolutely awful. We were literally cursed at, the servers wouldnt stop talking to us, my shirt was insulted randomly, and a worker plowed into me, apparently late for their shift or something, and didnt even look to check. I was fine, but thats really not okay for an employee. Do not bother giving these people your business. I am guessing the five star reviews are from fake accounts.

There were only 2 other tables of customers when we came in & empty tables had dirty dishes on them. Only one was empty & it was not wiped off. The waitress did not offer to wipe it off for us. Nor were either waitress concerned about cleaning the other tables off during our entire meal. But the waitress was friendly. The food came quickly though but maybe it was because of the atmosphere, I thought my food tasted funny. I would not eat here again.

I have been waiting for my to-go order for 30 mins already and they have not even started cooking it yet. There are 5 tables being occupied and there is no reason for the delay... except the employees are standing here arguing right in front of me. Complete dysfunction but it is the only food on this part of the strip that is open after 1am... Also, none of the cooks are wearing hair nets and they are rude. I can go on and on. horrible horrible horrible

This was definitely an above average Waffle House! The staff were having a great time working here and never seemed like a... "Moapy Mayburry". It was amusing to watching the work while we waited for our food. We instigated them a little and they returned the volleys in good fun. I usually only go to Waffle House for a quick bite to eat but this place is entertaining as well. Your mileage my vary with a different staff.

Its a wafflehouse. The people were nice, but we had to send our waffle back for not being cooked through. They failed to cook my egg properly on another visit. However, after midnight snacks are harder and harder to come by in cocoa beach lately. So, good people and edible food on the second try is better than nothing.

All of our food was good except.... strangely enough... the waffles! The service was pretty good and the prices were reasonable. We just couldnt get over the fact that in a Waffle House, the waffles were terribly overcooked. We were heading out of town so we didnt have time to complain and have them redone.
