Service was acceptable for a busy, warm Saturday in June, but could have been a touch more engaging since the only job of the front counter worker was to interact with the customers (was not making the food or ice cream). My party ordered a medium and a large chocolate cone and a medium Oreo Blizzard, and while the cones were perhaps a touch under-sized based on past experience at other locations, the Blizzard had a reasonable amount of cookie pieces and was well blended, a rarity in todays world. The largest negative was that a not-that-small puddle of something appearing to be strawberry syrup was dripped on the floor near the counter and nobody noticed or was cleaning it. The counter workerice cream server walked through it no less than twice. Could stand to be cleaner and a bit cheerier, but average effort gives average experiences.

Virginia and Jill are perhaps the best two employees I ever had the pleasure of being serv d by. When Jill asked about my sangwich condiments it was nice to know she cared about getting my order right. Best DW experience ever.

Been there twice and both times the orders got messed up. Called and the manager was indifferent. Growing pains or not, how do you screw up something as simple as an Oreo blizzard.

The vanilla DQ RECIPE is NOT THE ORIGINAL, it has almost NO VANILLA TASTE, IT IS NOT SWEET, AND IS NOT CREAMY, WHAT HAPPENED ??? FRIENDS OF MINE SAID THEY WONT GO BACK EITHER.
