There was a mentally impaired man holding up the line as I and another customer waited 15 minutes in the pouring rain of April 23,2017. I politely asked the MANAGER to removed the man from loitering off the property ,as he was holding up the window and ordering nothing and communicating with someone else, then a 10 whole minutes later when I finally got my cheeseburger THE MAN CAME UP TO ME AND PULLED OUT A GUN SO I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE and they came in what appeared to be swat gear wearing all green, and bearing ARMED weapons and took this man into custody, when I approached the MANAGER and told her that this could have been EASILY prevented if she told that man to exit the premises when I asked, now I , an innocent bystander had a gun pulled on me on the checkers property thanks to her failure of managmentship, she said "IM JUST AN EMPLOYEE HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO DO ANYTHING TO STOP A MAN WITH A GUN" It was very rude and disrespectful and I feel if this was any other person besides me ,a young African American male then this would have been handled much differently.

This place has horrible customer service. One of the employees (middle aged, tan man with a Spanish accent) spoke to my friends and I with such disrespect and uselessness. Apparently we "needed to hurry up because we were holding up the line". As soon as the line got busy we were rushed and spoken to unkindly. As a cashier, I understand these kinds of situations and cannot chose for others (as I wouldnt like to be rushed when making my own choices, especially when Im spending my perfectly good money). What that employee shouldve done was provide suggestions and ask what we were in the mood for. This is why businesses like this will provide you with strictly food and will rarely give you a memorable experience. This business deserves 0 stars (because yes, your employees reflect your entire business). No quality whatsoever.

The person who took my order was completely rude and was rushing me I couldnt even order my own food as a result I had to go somewhere else. They even placed all of my food in one bag and we ordered almost $25 worth of food. And one of drinks was watered down it was supposed to be fruit punch but it was actually another soda mixed with hella water. The fries was not fresh, the chicken sandwich was burnt on the edges and the lettuce was old asf!!! Plus the fish sandwich was dry no type of flavor. At least the slushees were good

I would go as a last option. This is the first fast food restaurant where Ive had to ask for my food after ordering and waiting 10 minutes for 1 sandwich. And the joy of biting into your cold sandwich youve been waiting 10 minutes for because it had been made for a while.. just neglected. Im not sure how 4 drive thru cars were able to order and receive their food before I... But if theres a will... Or poor management. Lol

The worst fast food place I ever been too . I stood there for like 30 minutes waiting for my food . I ordered the 4 for 3 . The lady didnt even ask for my drink . I ordered a banana split milkshake and the didnt give me a straw or spoon for it . And the milk shake didnt have not fruits in it . Compete horrible . Will never go back . Plus they where rude and had attitude towards me when all I did was order my food .

Ive been there 2 times. You know giving them a 2nd chance but, NO this is a place where rudeness is the word of the day! Dont even dare ask questions because the answer will be: Read the menu! These ladies that work there I mean EVERY single one of them should take an intense Customer Service Course for the sake of this place and the owner!

Good food at a good price with only the occasional screw-up in the drive thru anymore. (used to be horrible then the mgmt. straightened things out. Way to go big boss man!). Bottom line for me is this: Its close, its affordable on almost any given day, and its open late. Open late being #1 Top Selling Point.

Hi Folks! first, she didnt give me enough change. Next, she were talking and distracted by other employees. Then , she forgot to give me the drink. When I was in the middle of the road, I remembered the drink. Last, I was ordering a 4 for 3$ the spicy chicken was terrible. Thanks.

This has to be absolutely the worst checkers Ive encountered in the whole Florida area and I would know because im born and raised in Florida. Ooh and did I mention I love checkers food but if this was the only one located in Florida I would never eat checkers. Its a disgrace!!!!!

Food is absolute unfull here I got chili cheese fries or the best Ive ever had and the burgers and the seasoned fries are the best seasoned fries Ive ever had in Broward County and its very very very inexpensive much much less an expensive than the other fast food restaurants

My friends were visiting from out of town and were leaving the club. So, we go to the nearest Checkers to satisfy our greasy craving. Were waiting for our food and laughing in our car and this lady in the drive-thru slams the window in our face. Lol

Service us horrible, workers have bad attitudes and it is always looks crowded but because of where it is if 4 people are in the drive through line everyone else has to wait in line on the street. So I wraps around and looks crowded. Its just ghetto

They refused to give receipts out so the orders got mixed up. When it was time to deliver them to waiting customers. The fries were good, but I got a burger I didnt order. Not a good experience for me on that visit.

Food is usually always hot here. Like many restaurants they have there peak times when they are very busy and backed up. But sometimes I do not understand why they have 2 drive through when they mainly only use one.

Only one in drive thru, 2 in front of building, still very Long wait at 3am. Fruit punch was watery, fries a little burnt. They refilled drink machine and were very helpful and nice after that.

Food was hot a plus but the customer service is terrible a lot of attitude and theres so many light Riff Raff hanging out all around the tables as you in the Drive-Thru dont feel safe at all.
