Not the friendliest staff and 1 of the managers told every worker not to serve me because one day I decided not to finish my sub and left it half way because the where missing ingredients like spinach and it is the only thing I put in it with tomatoes. My very first job was a subway and I know how it works this location needs better costumer service, the manager is a Mexican with a good tooth and cant speak English and one of the employees Tommy does crystal meth I know for a fact.

Great Place, friendly staff, best Subway around here. Wonderful proprietor. Stopped in to have something fresh and familiar (and that doesnt cost a fortune like everything around the area). I was pleasantly surprised by meeting the proprietor in the afternoon. She was very welcoming and gave me great travel tips while I was in town. And of course the food as always from Subway is fresh and affordable.

This Subway needs a lot more space than it has for the number of customers coming through on an average day. The employees arent always the best at speaking English. Spanish-speakers will be okay, but English-speakers may have some trouble making their order at a busy hour when there is a lot of background noise. The food is generally great. One other complaint is the lack of spinach.

The best, cleanest subway ive ever been too, I used to go to the one on concourse in bay harbor and it is garbage compared to this one. I have been a constant Subway customer for 10 years and this store is the best one yet. The subs for some reason actually do taste better than any other place. Service is wonderful, friendly staff, great Subway. Best one on the beach!!

Great friendly staff looking to please! I love the fresh bread, the fresh crisp veggies and all the special fixings!! As a quick, healthy, budget friendly meal, you cant go wrong. They do an excellent job keeping everything clean, which makes me as a vegetarian, much more comfortable eating there! It is busy there for a reason!

The young guy azad at night is the best employee and the woman next to him asthma is also good better than the short guy that used to work there aziz horrible guy always loud and rude on the other hand azad is alway smiling and saying hello and everything and the sandwich is amazing he should work all nights

Worst Subway I have ever been too the vegetables were unorganized, I was constantly being yelled at, the service was terrible, and they have tried to trick me by not giving me a receipt and pocketing cash. Avoid at all costs there is a subway with great service down the road in bay harbor.

Great Place. VERRRRRY Clean! even the bathroom! The fixxings are so fresh and crisp, along with the fresh baked bread... I love going there. The staff are very helpful, friendly and good giving suggestions if you are not sure what you would like.

The place is always clean and the service is good. Thats pretty much all you can ask for in a Subway. Oh yeah, and other than Flanigans, its the only place to get a meal under $50 in Surfside. <- (thats an exaggeration, but barely)
