I order 4 Philly steak combos had to wait but did not mind got to widow to pay wanted 2 add 4 pies to My order got the attention of one of the workers look at me standing in the middle of the store arms cross and did not even come over to see what I wanted then got cashier attention look at me like I was not there then got home food to salty and the pies were hard and dried up in the inside in other words stale This is the first time I have had bad service there. Any other time I would have given them a 5 tried to call back no one answered the phone .

I visit this checkers all the time great service but tonight it was horrible I had no idea they put salt on fries until tonight fries so salty I had to throw them away n my beer battered fish looked like it was fried in dirty grease and been sitting past the limit. I will never order that I wasted my money tonight and the bad part about it is something told me to go to McDonalds. Oh yeah and the drive line long the wait was more than 20min.

During my visit on 8/24/17, lady taking orders was very rude and unprofessional. Failed to take order correctly, asked me to drive around and wait on the other side while the food was still being cooked. The she was arrogant when I told her she didnt allow me the time to finish my order. Claimed they only had coke and sprite to serve for drink. Wait was excessively long. The other young man the apologized saying they were short on staff.

Food is Fine, issue at all Checkers locations that i go to is that at Night & Late hours they tell u to Pull up and move forward or NOT drive up to the window until they tell u. This is b/c Corp Places a Timer on How long the cars get serviced. This is the worst thing ive ever seen. Corp should remove this b/c its subject to manipulation. Not the Emps fault 100% if they tell cars to Pull up just to make some Report look Good.

I called for information and the woman on the phone was so rude I didnt even know how to respond. I work in the hospitality industry and have worked in service and all I can say is experiences like that are the reason people hate each other and arent willing to help one another. All she cared about was getting off her shift. Save yourself the hassle and find a taco bell.

Worst service i have ever experienced, the guy with long hair has an attitude out of this world not only that but i couldnt wven eat the food because it was not even cooked right worst service ever i would never go there again nor will i recommend it to anyone and to top it off my food smells like weed.

Dont expect friendly customer service at this Checkers. The employees hate working there and their attitude clearly exemplifies it. Before I pulled away from the drive through I politely asked for napkins and a straw and the young woman let out a long sigh, because obviously I was asking for too much.

The female at the drive thru didnt acknowledge me at the front walk up window. I had to knock on the window for her to even look towards me. Then she seemed upset and bothered by me. Not the first time Ive been at this location, theyre not very professional. Bad customer service.

Always slow, long lines go i mg into the street, rude managers who take orders and orders have been incorrect. My cousin once had to call corporate becaus ethe manager was so rude about fixing her incoorect order. Walk up orders are neglected and deive thur is slow

Me and my son s have spent the better part of a hour trying to order food from checker. Weve gone to 2 different store s and we have just been severd. Terrible service time. One hour for a chicken sandwich.
