Prices are on the high side but probably a fair enough value. At Hodies in Dalhart, TX, the briskets just as good and you can purchase a half-pound for $7.29 which beats a one-pound minimum and over $20 cost.... Divines Brisket is tops (they use Syscos best, which is expensive for them), their smoker does good work, pork is fine and price is in line, ribs fine to pretty good, price is good. Corn pudding is worth trying, and slaw is good. Sauces are all worth trying: Mustard; KC style; Bourbon; N.C./Vinegar. On tap is whats made across the street: IPA; Pilsner; Irish Red Lager; Stout; Hefeweisen, all correct for the style and all typical to good for style. Staff seems to be doing better! They used to not know the prices and items. Theyve always had good staff. (5/5 visits) (170) Clean. Super clean!!! Fastidious. They really go over this place top to bottom (I was there around and after closing time).

Decided to take a break from the usual local fare and go for some BBQ. We were immediately greeted and from the confusion on our faces we were asked if it was our first time. We were told how to order etc. All food was delicious. I got the pulled pork, PERSONALLY I did not care for the seasoning on the pork but was able to mask it with the delicious AF Carolina vinegar sauce All side were good as well. In our party we got pretty much everything one of each type of meat on the menu all which was enjoyed. The management cares which is awesome. Nothing wrong with this place. Extremely busy on a Saturday at 430. The one downside is the seating. Chairs are metal and arent very comfortable. They do get you in and out, like the name states.

They were supposed to be closed at 7pm, but we arrived at 7:07pm on a Sunday night, and they served us without saying a word. The food here appears to be cooked fresh daily. They also make their own specialty bbq sauces. They have unique sides not often seen in this part of PA with BBQ, such as hush puppies and corn pudding. Beers are available. They have a wide variety of BBQ items with different flavors. Cyndi had the pulled pork. It was a good portion. I had a beer smoked half chicken. Both very good. Excellent service. Right off of the PA turnpike on south 72. Well worth the stop.

Had high hopes, but I guess I should have known better. The sides were quite good, and I could eat their hushpuppies all day. However, the star, the meat, was all bland and dry. The ribs were edible if slathered in lots of their (decent) barbecue sauce, but were otherwise under seasoned and chewy. The brisket was tough, dry, and tasteless except for that warmed over flavor. The chicken...I could only eat one bite of the chicken breast, as not only was it, again, way under seasoned, but was so dry it sucked all the moisture out of my mouth. Bummer.

Total rip-off. Ordered their pulled pork sandwich. Was shocked how tiny the portion was for $9! My date had the barbecued chicken sandwich, it was extremely dry and also $9. Both sandwiches could have qualified for a large hors doeuvres. Ordered a side salad for$7, it was so plain, again just a total rip-off. The total order came to a little over $25. We walked away hungry. This place doesnt have any business charging the prices that they charge for the portions.

Ive been here twice now and both times were very good. Excellent BBQ. The first time I just tried the pulled pork with a side of mac n cheese and cole slaw. The sides are very good and the pulled pork had a good smoked flavor and wasnt too dry. I added the sweet Kansas city sauce which is my favorite so far. On my second visit I ordered the ribs. OOOOoooo wee!!! Probably my 2nd best ribs Ive ever had. Tender and tasty. They fall off the bone so beautifully.

I wont be popular but Im telling the truth. we are very disappointed. I ordered the chicken sandwich. Im not sure how it was cooked but NOT smoked. They said it had dry rub....NOT. Not a lick of flavor. Just a white whole thick chicken breast. White with cheese. No mayo, nothing. The fries were blah. However, the baked beans are awesome. My husband had pulled pork n mac& cheese. Pork was pork. Mac n cheese was good. One glass tea $2.99.

Discovered this place by accident. A friend who is a connoisseur of great food brought us take out. This was our first time enjoying their delicious food. The Brisket plate was awesome. They have a great portion size. Enjoyed the mac and cheese and hush puppies as our sides. The desserts were amazing. There was enough food for later. We cant wait to try more food from here.

Fast friendly service. Food is phenomenal. Had ribs, pulled pork, sausage and brisket. Everything we had was delicious. I love the choice of BBQ sauces setting on each table. Small place but lots of spots to eat... Tables inside.. Upstairs... Four tables out front and picnic tables on the side. Next time in Lancaster we will definitely have some BBQ.

My wife and I split The Divine (sampler). Brisket, Cajun sausage, pulled pork, corn pudding, and baked beans were great. A nice selection of sauces to match each meat and preferred BBQ style. (KC, bourbon, vinegar, mustard). Ample seating in three areas. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean.

Great food! Brisket is awesome, perfect smoke flavor. All of the sauces were great as well. Strongly recommend the poutine fries as an appetizer! Portion size is excellent, had a great meal with more than enough leftover for a brisket sandwich tomorrow. I will definitely be back.

The food is OK - the brisket was a bit tough and didnt really have much of a distinct flavor. The sauces are pretty average. The beer is OK. Prices are a bit high for what you get. I wont go out of my way to eat here again, but, if I am in the area, I might give it a second try.

We have been there twice and love this place. Id put it against any BBQ Ive had in the Midwest, KC, OK, TX, AL, TN, etc. We have tried the brisket, pulled pork, and most of the sides. It is a fun place in a nice location with friendly staff. Id highly recommend it.

My wife had the rib sandwich and hush puppies and I had the brisket sandwich. Both were delicious, the place was very clean, the people were friendly, and the parking lot was even big enough for our class A RV. We will happily return the next time we are in the area.

It is hard to eat out with my allergies, but at Divine Swine they helped me with my order and made sure my food was allergy free. The food was good. I would recommend it to my friends. Would go back again.

Ribs are great. Sauce your own, so you can try several of the choices. The Poutine Brisket fries are a meal by themselves. Get both and have a snack later. Always a stop when traveling the PA turnpike.
