Waited in line for breakfast but breakfast was over for 7 min. they made the exception for the ladies in front of me , but not for me even though I was there before breakfast was over. The other people in line where holding up the line for 10 minutes....SMH. Josh was the manager on duty, giving away free coffee and breakfast to other customers. But not helping someone who was trying to pay for a meal.

We used to love this Panera, but lately no matter how many people are in the reaturant, could be a few or many, we always wait a long time for our food. Then this evening I ordered chicken noodle soup and sandwich, my soup was mostly broth and just barely warm. The server was not very nice about it when I told him. So not sure if I will be back again for a while.

Best and friendliest Panera Bread Ive ever been to. For one, the managers actually remember you and want to get to know you. Josh is a great GM, and super friendly. You can tell that some of the employees arent super into what they do, but hey its cool. The food is always good and right on every time. We are regulars!

Friendly staff, well maintained and clean restaurant. Dissappointed to see ordering tablet technology prominently displayed and not working when I entered. Is Panera going to require automated ordering? Cmon this is the restaurant business where human interface creates the ambience.

Recently went to this Panera Bread -- which I havent been to in years -- and was shocked and impressed as to some of the new innovative ways theyve transformed their business model. The online ordering / kiosk ordering is excellent and service is always quick with friendly staff.

This is a large and good Panera Bread restaurant. I love the Asian Sesame Chicken Salad here. It is nice to add a pastry for the discounted price of 99 cents. This place can be busy, but there is ample comfortable seating. Good coffee drinks too with very nice and helpful staff.

It was great that we could just order and take the buzzer which would inform us when our order was ready. It was much better than having to wait in front of the pickup counter, constantly wary of other people passing you and bumping into them and spilling things... Ugh!

Only drawback is you are waiting in the doorway when you come in to place your order. But you can place your order on a computer when young come in instead of waiting to see cashier but then you must use a credit card. Food is always great!

My first time in. . I definitely loved it; from beginning to end . Emily! The girl who took our order made my first visit...... one to definitely remember. I will most definitely return. Very clean establishment and awesome service.

They are FAST. Panera is always packed, but they get you your food very quickly and in your way. Ordering ahead is also very convenient!
