i really wanted to write a great review for them but just cant. Overtime i go it seems nothing is really a deal. You can NEVER and I repeat NEVER find anyone to help you . i had to wait in a customer service line last time for like 15 minutes only to be told to go to another line and then wait. All that was after I tried for 20 minutes to find a floor person to help me. Total of almost an hour.... JUST TO FIND OUT HOW MUCH AN ITEM ON DISPLAY WAS. I have never ever ever seen anyone behind floor counters they have scattered through the floor. Seems the only accessible people are the ones selling you glasses and stuff that attack you when you go into the front door. would like to add that my last trip i DID finally get someone after almost an hour and going through two customer service waits.... and that person did help me. Reason for 2 stars is because IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME,. This was not an isolated incident. OH... food court always seems sad, depressed and just sorry. No way i would even consider buying anything from there.

This location gets points for being convenient, both for gas and occasional bulk purchases, and for having decent prices on produce. Not having to cross MD24 is great. On the flip side, their meat department cant seem to package anything without it leaking all over, even when handling with kid gloves. Additionally, their self checkout lanes are glitchy as hell, and when one ends up needing assistance with said glitches nobodys around. Maybe I wouldnt have to use them if BJs had more than 2 or 3 people manning the other checkout lanes, even when lines are excessively long. Theyre not exactly the fastest, either; Costco is MUCH better at moving people along quickly. As another reviewer mentioned, a quick 20-minute trip is usually not in the deck of cards. And lately (past 6 months or so) its gotten even worse. In summary, prices and location cause me to renew every year, but the actual experience of shopping there makes the decision to renew increasingly difficult.

You can buy glasses here so cheap without a bjs membership! Right now they have everything 60 percent off for glasses! I bring my prescription here and get my frames, plus anti glare, plus carbonfiber, and hd lenes on top of it. I paid 150 for all that! I saved so much money and they are so nice. They never ever messed up my glasses. You have to wait two to three weeks. Its so worth it! Better than any where i been to! Buy your glasses here!

Visited BJs in Abingdon tonight. Got everything we needed. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. Stopped to get gas after shopping and Mr. Luther made my evening. He was incredible. He washed my windshield, got bird mess off of my car in 2 spots AND held the car door open for me when I was ready to leave. This world today needs more Mr. Luthers. He is an employee that any company would be proud to have. Thank you SO much.

Shop here once a month at least for the past 10 years. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. If you need floor assistance just be firm ( not on a power trip)and let them know you arent messing around and they are happy to help! ( i had a nice boy pull diapers for me way up ^^ there^^ ) Great coupons for formula, baby food and diapers/pull ups etc. Easy checkout and great gas prices!

Good coupons, especially on diapers, baby stuff, milk, eggs, bread etc. Prices on everything else are just okay when you consider you are buying in bulk. I have never been able to check out in under 20 minutes and you can never find any help on the floor. It truly is a warehouse experience. The gas prices are sometimes competitive and sometimes not.

I hace been a client of this place and the costumer service is getting worse. I was waiting for 5 minutes in the front desk area to be ask if I need anything, and after all the employee, and young man was very rude. This place need a new staff starting from the management, because when the team fail the first one responsible for that is the manager.

Everything was fine till , I got food poisoning in there food court stay away from the hotdogs. Sent them a email to let them know but the never responded , I guess if they ignore it , It did not happen , never wanted an apology just to let them know what was going on and a response they received my email

I usually like shopping at BJs.My only complaint today was that I had a coupon for the house brand of marinara sauce, which I could not find on the shelf. When I mentioned it to the cashier, she said it had not come in yet. If you advertise something on sale, you should have it in stock.

Location is incredibly inconvenient. Screaming bird sound as you go in would chase anyone off except the birds. If COSCO were closer, it would be no contest.
