New Panera in Bel Air corridor is seeking to build a clientele. The staff is friendly and courteous. Unlike the existing Panera at the Festival, this store is a stand alone so built with more corners and quiet places and the outdoor seating area is fantastic. Either the architecture or the background music (not jazz) makes for a quieter setting than its counterpart up Rt. 924. The store is laid out well, though I would wish for a couple of more sofas/lounge chairs. I wont write on the food selections because - if youve been to one Panera, youve been to them all in terms of quality (high) and menu selections. Panera is always a good place to get a fast and healthy meal. This is now my Panera of choice.

Went in last night 7/16 - Nacier took care of us while 6 of us ordered our dinner. My 8 yr old nephew, JJ, had earned $2 recently and approached the counter looking for a choc chip cookie after eating his dinner. Nacier was extremely kind as he assisted my nephew find what he was looking for. Nacier was so kind as he assisted me in teaching JJ how to politely hand money to another person. JJ believes this to be his first purchase and has asked that his parents put the receipt on his wall so he will be always able to recall this experience. Thank you so much for your kindness Nacier!!!! People like you are hard to find. Thank you!!!!!!!!

Great service. Really nice employees. Great food. Im disappointed about the companys price increases but it is still worth an occasional visit. The staff tends to greet the people closest to the counter first and arent always standing at the register when people walk in the door. The person crying racism may be interpreting others through their own personal lenses of life.

Like most Panera locations this one stays very busy but the staff is always as fast and accurate with orders as possible, doing so with a smile and friendly attitude. Today I tried a ham egg and cheese powerhouse sandwich which turned out to be amazing. I also got a bacon cheese souffle to take home. Even after reheating it that was super delicious.

Great customer service and super friendly staff! This morning, Sue literally "made my day" with a kind gesture and taking an extra moment to acknowledge me as I picked up my order. Even in a busy environment, this local Panera maintains a casual, comfortable atmosphere. This is the reason I keep coming back!

Ive eaten at Panera locations that were much better. They didnt offer some of the deals others do (like cheaper deserts with a meal), the tables werent clean, and when I complained that a dish tasted off (it did) all they would do was say "thats just what it tastes like". I wont be back.

Great quality food! Portions are getting smaller and prices are going up, but panera patrons would rather keep the quality and pay a little more. I still have such heaviness when I enter this store. The emotions almost make me want to stay away, but the store doesnt deserve that.
