I shop here all the time because of habit, I pass it daily, and it is adequate. BUT, the store was formerly a private business called ERBs. The quality of service begam to drop as soon as WEIS bought the property. A big plunge in service has occurred over the years since the ERBs name was removed amd the last of the former ERB staff have retire. No one now knows the inventory. They are reluctant to assist. Sometimes seem annoyed about providing rain checks, etc. I basically just pick-up my stuff and expect nothing (including stocked shelfs) from the staff. It is sad how the place has changed.

Terribly long lines. I only had 2 items and they had no express lane open. Only 2 registers were open during a high volume time. Cashiers mentioned how they hate having their shift end at 5pm because they are always asked/forced to stay longer, since Weis doesnt schedule adequate coverage. Go to Giant, most have U-Scans and they usually have enough cashiers. Plus, Giant never has only 2 lanes open during daylight hours. Most of the Weis stores Ive been to have only 1 or 2 lanes open at most. This review is also true of the Jonestown Pike/Harrisburg, Etown, Hershey and My Joy stores).

Horrible customer service. An older lady named Ann screamed at my girlfriend and told us to go somewhere else after telling her we never have problems with western union at giant or the other weis on fruitville pike. Very uncalled for and my girlfriend even called and complained and nothing was done. Will never go here again, we might as well "go somewhere else" as Ann told us to do.

I gave this store another chance after the nearby giant closed its doors. I was pleasantly surprised. The store was better organized then I remember; and the staff was very friendly.

This Weis has great hours as it is often open until 11pm. The employees are nice. The only downside is that Weis is a little more expensive than places like Walmart of Kmart.

This location is usually the second option for me and my boyfriend. I would rather go to the Weis on Fruitville Pike. The customer service here is terrible.
