Upon entering I was assaulted by an acoustical nightmare of echoes and and the feeling of being at the bottom of a very narrow cement canyon. Somehow the building seemed to get smaller upon entering. After a tedious cue in a line of suburban elitists and their screaming offspring, I was presented with a gaggle of clueless teenagers shoveling completely ordinary mexican-like fare. After much confusion, my order was passed back and forth between the new generation of minimum wage worker and I discovered everything was at least 1-2 dollars more than expected. By now the decibel level had begun to bore into my brain and all I could think of was getting the hell out. I ate at the nearby park enjoying the beautiful day and my blood pressure lowering in an environment more suited to digestion, only do be further disappointed by the taste. It was then that I realized I could have gotten the same thing at Neato Burrito for $2 less and it would have had fresher and tastier ingredients. Still better, would have been a trip downtown to Robiritos as they have a larger dining room that you can have a conversation in without shouting. Even if I wore earplugs, I would have had to share my meal with crowds of strangers at their long picnic table-like counters in a prison cafeteria-style arrangement. There are far better local eateries that are far cheaper and tastier. Dont waste your time.

WOW, never again! We ordered a catering order from this location about a month ago. This was the most disorganized mess! We picked up everything and it was missing items. I called and spoke to the manager. She said "Well I cant bring the items out to you but we can give you a discount on your next catering order." REALLY? It will be my last catering order. If that wasnt enough. I looked at my credit card bill and they charged the catering three times! ??? I tried to call this location to talk to the manager again. I was put on hold for a while and then a guy picked he said "Uh, you gonna have to call back in 10 mins. We are short staff and she said she is too busy to talk." WOW. This place has really gone down hill. Will not be going back there!

My boyfriend got a veggie bowl for me and we always ask to have an extra silver tin under the bowl because the juices leak through it before we can get home. On Saturday 6/24/17 we ordered the same thing but they forgot to add the tin on the bottom. When he got home it ripped through the bag and spilled on the street. We called to tell them they forgot our tin, they told us since we left the store it wasnt there problem.... You forgot the tin Chipotle! The least you can do is give us one free bowl! Its the right thing to do! We were loyal customers...

This is the slowest Chipotle Ive ever been to, and Ive been to quite a few. At 3pm on a Sunday I waited in line for 25 minutes. The next time I tried, it was 6pm on a Saturday. Exactly the same situation. 25 minute wait for a line with 25-30 people. It was not because there were tons of people coming through the door. It was because the staff took well over a minute to serve each customer. This is not what you would expect from a Chipotle franchise. If you want your food fast, do yourself a favor and avoid the Fruitville Pike location.

My family and I decided to have lunch at Chipotles on a Saturday afternoon 7/29/17, everyone placed their order when my order was up the young man serving me thought grilled chicken is what I should eat. I was never asked what meat choice I wanted, I did tell him I didnt want chicken he completely ignored me turned his face and went on to help the blonde next to me. This was not cool no apologies no eye contact. This was my first and last time at chipotles $60 down the drain.

Prepare for them to be unprepared when its anytime youd actually like to eat. This branch always seems to be short on something youd like, entering you into the wait cue. At which point they take their marry old time cooking whats missing while other stand around. Obviously the management here needs better planning and problem solving skills. I can understand once, but 5 times over three weeks lets get serious that is unacceptable.

my restaurant of choice every time amazing food amazing portions great customer service perfect however you guys do need to build a store in Ephrata PA it is a very populated city and I have to drive all the way from her to lancaster at least 3 times a week just to get that amazing food I dont know why there is no franchise here already but it would absolutely make money please look into it.

Ive eaten here a number of times before and its always been busy and tasty. This time I showed up right as they opened. They did not have the majority of the food prepared and what was prepared I think was a day old. I didnt think much of it until I got a stomach ache later on that night. I wasnt going to write a review but goggle sent me a request five times. So here it is.

I was treated differently than the customer before me and after me. Half a spoon of chicken followed by being asked to purchase double chicken if I wanted my fair share. It would have been fine if the three bowls next to mine were not seriously loaded up with everything they wanted. I do think that it was just that one ignorant server and not a widespread issue.

Awesome food. To those that are visiting their first time, expect efficiency, not courtesy. Their form of courtesy is efficiency so dont give them negative reviews for trying to make your food as fast as possible by the 20+ people in line behind you are waiting for you to make up your mind and hurry up. This place was horrendous when it opened a few years ago. The service was awful. Theyve really changed and it a good Chipotle now. If you are unfamiliar with them, its the best of the tex-mex quick serve restaurants. The proteins are seasoned well, food is fresh, choices are limited but taste great.

They were friendly but... With 5 employees we waited more Than a minute to get greet until my husband said something to them (no line at that moment). After I got attended the person skipped my husband order and helped another person. Instead of guacamole I got a lot of big pieces of avocado.

This is our favorite Chipotle restaurant! Very fresh ingredients and the staff is so understanding and accommodating to our needs for strictly gluten free food. Shane, the manager, is exceptional. We love it so much we will be having them cater for our wedding reception this summer!

Fast, friendly service. This is one of my favorite chain restaurants. I really enjoy their salads and the topping options, so much so that I copycat these meals at home for friends and family. Their chips are my absolute favorite and I love their cilantro lime rice.

The staff seems like they are in over their heads here. They are slow and I order you online so more often than not they get my order wrong and usually still end up waiting. I like the food and organic concept just dont think this is their best run location.
