This rating is more of a reflection of comparison than the business itself. There are a ton of Chinese food places in the area. Pros: The food is always consistent and the cashier speaks better English than some of the other places in the area. Cons: The delivery is almost always more than 45 minutes. The prices are a little higher than some other places in the area. They charge $2 for delivery, which goes to the drivers but they still want a generous tip and arent afraid to ask. Generally, tipping a driver is like tipping a waitress, 20%. However, with the $2 fee that usually covers an order made by one person. All in all... Average seems to be an appropriate rating.

We order 5 type meals including hot sour soop, goose egg drop soop large portion because we very hungry and work very hard all day. Hott sour soop like sap from ancient Chinese Ginko tree, make me fly like bird off bridge; not to mention all hot pepper sink to bottom of dish like modern day N.Korea battleship. Goose egg drop soop smell like silly diaper wafting each stir of my spoon, you almost hear eggs screaming not to be mixed in broth because they spoil rotten. I not complain about meals because they very spectacular but soop no good, soop make me very disappoint because I love Hot sour Soop like mothers breast as infant.

I order from this place all the time. I would actually recommend their Ribs, I kid you not. The sweet bbq is like candy. If you get them boneless dont get the special, its more worth it to get a large or small order by itself. I like to put it over white rice. If you like curry they have an exellent Singapore chow mai fun. I wouldnt reccomend the general tso or other chicken dish like that because it tends to be chewy. Their szchuan beef isnt anything to brag about either. If you were planning on ordering the szchuan beef Id recommend getting the hunan beef instead.

This has been my go-to Chinese restaurant since I moved here. The food is always consistent and more portion compare to others. General tso ck and ck bro is absolutely fantastic as well as some appetizers like cheese wonton and teriyaki ck. Pick-up would be the best option as it will always be ready in 10 minutes. Whats better is ever since they change the management last year, the delivery is becoming very fast and dependable, besides, cashiers speak pretty fluent English and very politely. Overall, I would recommend it to everyone, u wont be disappointed.

Food is good. Long wait for delivery...The delivery guy (the older one) always asks for a tip, despite it is already added to the bill. I found it extremely annoying, when I tried to explain it was already in the bill, he didnt "understand"....I called to complain...they were pretty apologetic about it and promised to talk with him. I didnt order for over a year for fear he would take a crap in my food. We ordered the other day...low and behold..same guy...still asking for an extra tip!!! I seriously have to cook my own food!

Ordered my food for lunch the next day got to work to find out the lid wasnt on properly half my food was spilled in my bag and the food even tho it was good barely had any meat I didnt pay for a vegetarian salad needless to say I dont think Im ordering here again because this is not the first time its happened and the fact still remains I paid for a meal and got a vegetarian bowl literally had like 7 little pieces of meat in it lol

Ordered sweet and sour chicken for carry out went on lunch break to pick up get back to my shop and low and behold no sweet and sour sauce. I call they tell me to come pick some up when Ive already taken my lunch break I ask if they will bring it out being as though Ive already taken my lunch break they were not trying to help at all needless to say Im very unhappy with the customer service and will never order here again

Within Harford County this is the closest I can find to the Chinese Food I grew up with in the city. Nice selection, reasonable pricing, healthy portions. Bonuses: You get plenty of sauce on your dish so the meat & veggies are moist. Unlike other Chinese Food establishments, they arent stingy with the Duck and Soy sauce packets.

Got a BAD Meal this afternoon, Roast Pork Lo Mein. Pork had a strong stale taste, noticed it came from a large white plastic container, perhaps that was the problem?? Normally get Shrimp Egg Foo, which wasnt good last time so decided to try something different. I need to find another place to go, Very Disappointed!!

Unfortunately my experience wasnt so great. I would not recommend using a credit tho. I ordered over the phone last night. The next day there was over $700 in charges on my card from different Asian companys. If you do order from there please use cash so you dont have deal with the BS of cr we ditch card fraud

Really great, reliable service over the years. Seems to be family owned. Despite somewhat infrequent ordering, staff seem to know me and often even remember my food preferences. Brown sauce is better than a lot of other chinese restaurants Ive tried. Servings are large and service is timely. Highly recommend.

The owner called me personally to correct this issue i had in a timely fashion. satisfied customer. Besides that never had an issue. Any company to go out there way for the little things makes a huge difference besides that they are the few that make the food right there. Everything is good

I retried this place after a year and the quality is so much better. Delivery is fast and professional. The only downside was ordering over the phone where the person got the incorrect order but the food we got was still good. Im glad I gave these guys a second chance

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! Me and my family have been eating here for almost 12+ years and it has always been amazing. It may take about 45 mins to get food for some but for my order I always got it under 45 mins. Maybe Im just a valued customer

Check your order. Last two times they messed up my order. Last time I ordered the seafood deluxe and I got something else. This time I order scrimp egg rolls and got spring rolls.
