The food service has really went downhill over the past year or so. They used to be great, but whenever I order now something is usually wrong or missing. One time a guy had the hardest time understanding that I wanted two orders of 5 pc chicken strips (I was ordering for two people). At first he gave me the rest of my order, but no chicken at all. Then after I told him (twice) I wanted two, 5 piece chicken chicken strips, AND he looked at the receipt again, he still only gave me one box. I had to tell him again that I wanted another one. All he had to do was look at the quantity on the order slip. Smh. The food is good, when made correctly. Always check your order!

Everytime I order anything at this Sheetz they forget something from my order. They take forever to cook to begin with because theyre weighing out tater tots to cook. Ive seen employees preparing food with no gloves, texting on their phones with their gloves, and just all around slow and bad service. I dont expect alot when I go for fast food, but I do expect to get what I order without waiting 30 min.

love sheetz #316 is better than royal farms in Joppa farm rd im so glad I hate that royal farms in joppatowne thank goodness I dont like that place they got good soda pizza hot dogs fries popcorn chicken I love all of then I will go back

Visiting from Kentucky spent 7$ getting 3 piece chicken strip and a med fry and got 3 chicken nuggets and a small cup of Frys. .. could have gotten more at farm store, cheaper. this place is a rip off.
