Been in Pizza for 8 years when I was younger and growing up. So I can tell you a lot about a pizza place just by trying it. This place is good. The sauce is good with a sweet flavor to it meaning they are using fresh tomatoes as evidenced by the bits in their sauces. The dough was the correct toughness for the day I got it. Judging by the day I ate there, they probably get it delivered in a 6-8 pack not risen, then let it sit in a walk in and let it rise for a few days over the week strategically. Sometimes people say too chewy but that means they are busy and had to go a day early. Honestly, it means you arent getting old dough. The ingredients are standard cisco food ingredients but the cheese seemed solid grade. Overall a nice place with good people. Its a pizza place with a solid crew who cooked it perfect with the right amount of everything. Some people expect the world for 10 bucks....but it pizza people.

As someone who was born and raised in NJ. I have experience with great pizza. I tried two different pizzas here, plain pizza as a control, and the Del Mar specialty pizza. The Del Mar has shrimp and crabmeat on it. This place has the best pizza you will find in the Lancaster area. The Del Mar was an amazing experience. Delicious, perfectly cooked shrimp and delicious marinara sauce on the pizza. If you like seafood and are feeling adventurous I strongly recommend giving the Del Mar a try. As far as the plain pizza, nothing to complain about. It was very good. It was definitely on track to being the best in Lancaster. I wouldnt necessarily say the pizza is Brooklyn style, as their name suggests, but definitely the closest youll get around. I highly recommend this place if you are a pizza fan.

The server was very friendly, when she was actually serving us (the only customers even in the place for most of the 2 hours we were there) & not on her cell phone talking very loudly, at the other end of the restaurant. We had to get up & find her twice for things we needed after waiting to see if she would show up. The spaghetti my daughter order was super hot (which is a good thing) but had no taste. The “House Dressing” she got for her salad both looked super disgusting & tasted super disgusting! Her garlic bread was tasty though. The steak in the Cheese Steak that my husband ordered was so dry it was inedible. We also ordered Stromboli & Jalapeño Poppers, which were just ok. All-in-all, we do not plan to eat here again.

Grandma pie is outstanding (pesto, fresh mozzarella, and an excellent texture on the dough). Onion rings were of mixed quality, with some having been completely saturated with oil to the point of having pockets of oil hidden inside the breading. (in the restaurants defense, we have only had onion rings once, and it was only about a third of them that had the nasty texture). Traditional pizza pie was OK, not tremendously flavorful, but a solid choice for the kids. Grandma pie is definitely worth the trip. VERY delicious.

One of the most disgusting excuses for pizza we have ever had!!!!! BTW, there was NOTHING "Fair" about any of our experience!!!!! It took almost 2 hours to get our pizza AFTER we ordered it!!!! And we were eating in! Thank God we had ordered other things as well, and even those came dribbling out of the kitchen in no certain logical order and were poor to mediocre at best. I dont know who the previous reviewer is, but shes trying to blow sunshine up someones nether regions!!!

The first time I was here the wait for the food was insane but it was good food. I was willing to come back but when ordered delivery they said it would be at my house in an hour. Two hours later it still wasnt here. I tried calling over twenty times to see when it would get to my house or if it was even ready but they never answered the phone. They closed at 10:30 and it still never showed up. I only ordered boneless hot wings, large half cheese half pepperoni, and another pizza.

Pizza is delicious but customer service is POOR POOR POOR. I called an hour and half before I wanted to pick up 2 pies, when I got there they claimed they didnt have my order and the extremely rude woman at the front told me I must have called the wrong store, even after I showed her the number on my phone she told me I was wrong but could reorder and wait 40min.....no thanks!

We are regular customers at the "Slice of Brooklyn" on oregon pike and like it very much.So we decided to try the new "Slice of Brooklyn" on lancaster pike.FORGETABOUTIT ! The food was good but service is terrible,the radio is tooooooo loud and they dont give a senior discount like the other store.Its a shame .Its a great location but it needs a lot of help.

Weve been going to Slice Of Brooklyn for years. Its the closet to home pizza that Ive found here! (Im from Jersey!) Tonight they accidentally forgot to give the driver our soda. I expected our same driver to be the one who would come back with it. Well, I was pleasantly surprised when the owner showed up with it!! Top notch service, above and beyond.

We ordered pepperoni pizza and loaded fries. The fries were delicious. It took at least a half hour before our fries came out. We had asked for ranch along with them, and didnt get the ranch for at least 20 more minutes. So, all in all, the food is good, but the service isnt spectacular by any means.

I ordered for delivery. Over an hour later pizza arrived ice cold( I was at the Marriott 2 blocks away). Seemed spoiled by then. When I called they offered to send another one over sorry cant wait another hour. Employees said their boss knows of the situation but doesnt seem to care. Ouch

The pizza was average. The sauce was good but the crust was tough. We waited longer than expected and they overcharged for the toppings (we had 1/2 sausage & 1/2 mushroom but they charged for 2 full toppings); mushrooms were canned not fresh. I give it a "C" for the overall experience.

I go here for lunch sometimes and I love it. The subs are great! The staff is always very nice to me. My food has always been ready faster than the time they gave me. The decor was nice too. Im not sure why there would be a negative review but I think this place is wonderful.

Best pizza in the Lancaster county area. Weve eaten here three separate times and have tried three different pizzas. All had fresh ingredients and were served hot. Its most likely that I wont be eating pizza from anywhere else since weve moved up here.

Stopped going for lunch here. Food is good from what I recall, nothing to write home about. The service, while "nice", is unbelievably slow, regardless of how busy it is. Ive watched a waitress prioritize her makeup before putting in our order.

Worst service ever. I called for delivery around 6pm and its now 8:30pm and my food still isnt here. I been calling them since 7pm and no one answers the phone. This place doesnt even deserve 1 star
