The owner of this franchise and two others in Lancaster, does not tell the truth. I have bought pizza and crazy bread there for years. Suddenly one manager told me it would be extra to place a tiny bit extra grated Parmesan cheese on my order. I said "this is the first time Ive been told and its not on your menu in the store and on the web". $1 extra for each crazy bread? Come one its just cheese and you dont get that much. Manager Morgan was rude and snotty. Three times I have complained through the website and I have never gotten an answer for being charged extra when I was not told and when it wasnt posted on the menu or web. The woman that owns this also owns the other Little Caesars franchises on Lincoln Highway and Rohrerstown Rd. Please explain to your customers and post it otherwise youre running a ripoff business that doesnt care about the customers. Answer your complaints please!

Leaving work one evening and looking for something fast & affordable to feed my two hungry teens and myself. We all agreed on pizza, so I called Little Caesars to place a pick-up order. I ordered a Veggie Deep Dish and a Half & Half Deep Dish - 2 items that I knew werent usually on the "Hot and Ready" menu. I arrived at the store 15 minutes later, and my pizza was ready - no waiting. It was still hot by the time I got home, and it was delicious. Good job Little Caesars. I had been critical of them in the past but they have stepped up their game. I will surely be a return customer.

Little Caesars is fast as hell and they keep the Sodas cold as hell too. Thats Awesome!!!!!! I dont need to worry about the heat while i eat. Thank you staff. You are all very friendly and professional.
