Ive ordered from here quite a few times and always enjoyed it. Until today.... I waited an hour for a delivery (still tipped the driver 6 dollars for 2 mile drive) and received an under cooked pizza. When I called about my spongy pizza, the counter girl was unapologetic and even told me she had asked the pizza maker and he said it was cooked. Despite my polite demeanor she was basically calling me a liar. Still she sent out another pizza...When the delivery driver arrived he was also rude and unapologetic ... Hell I even apologized to HIM for having to make the trip twice. I just cant believe the owner would allow their staff to treat customers in this way especially when I did nothing to provoke it, apart from expecting my pizza to be prepared properly. Ive worked in this industry for a number of years and this is not how business should be done. Mistakes happen, but the customer service (or lack of) Is inexcusable. Unfortunately this will be the last time I order from there. 0 for customer service and a 0 for consistency. What a disappointment..

Well, I ordered about 6 months ago for the first time, it was for a large cheeseburger sub. I thought maybe they made a mistake making the sub since there was only 2 small burger patties cut in half on the entire "large" sub. Ive had small cheeseburger subs with much more meat in it from every Pizza place in Lancaster county. At any rate, I just got my delivery of my large meatball sub. Its confirmed that these guys are purposely adding VERY LITTLE meat to their subs. Literally there are 4 small meatballs cut in half on this huge large roll... Its ridiculous. Be warned that if you order from this place and are really hungry, youll be very unsatisfied. They are cutting down on the ingredients to make a buck. Ill never order from them again. I gave 2 stars in stead of one because the food tastes alright. Theyd do a lot better if they actually put an acceptable amount of ingredients in their food. Two Cousins knows how to do it!

Cant say too many good things about this place besides their food. That part is good. Customer service though is terrible. First time I went, they would not allow me to use two offers that I bought online which I am okay with because it said only one offer per order. But they were not nice about it. Then throughout the night, they were serving and cleaning up tables of people we could tell were "regulars" at the restaurant. Servers never once came to our table to see if we needed anything and dirty dishes sat on our table until after we left. Figured Id give them another chance to see if the first time was a fluke. Called to place an order with a $10 offer bought online and a $10 gift card. They said we could not use both at the same time because you can only use one offer per order. I dont see a gift card as an offer. That is cash in my book. Their customer service is far below average. Will not be returning again.

Called in order for pick up and went to counter, cashier ignored me stepped to the side to serve a1.25$ can of beer to the customer behind me. Got cashier attention asked for order only to be told that they didnt have a ticket for order. Cashier then brushed me off and continued onto next beer customer. Im giving 2 stars instead of one because I have had good food here in the past. Especially on Columbia ave. Prince street should be designated for the local beer bums. Customer service suck and Im sure the cashier was owners son. Horrible customer device.

Hair cooked into to the dough light colored hair. I call tell them the guy on the phone goes funny all we have is Mexicans in our kitchen......... Wow so thats how its is Im lying? Hair cooked INTO the dough and your response is well our cooks our Mexican!?!? Really wow!! Zero ownership of their mistake. I was a cook it happens but that response hell no!!! Use to be my favorite pizza spot. Back to house of pizza I guess.

Dominion Pizza has some excellent food. The Cheesesteak Stromboli was absolutely delicious as well as the pizza. The staff was courteous and willing to help answer any questions. While the beer selection is nice, some of it was overpriced. Unfortunately, they cannot take payment over the phone for carryout orders - only delivery. Nonetheless, I will definitely be visiting them again.

Service is great. Good beer selection. Pizza and cheese steak were considerably below average. Ordered a cheese steak and white Pizza (which was ricotta based...interesting but not specified) and both were NOT GOOD. Really frustrating because it has elements of a awesome place. Please re boot and shrink the menu and make a few awesome items and Im a loyal lifetime customer.

James m is obviously from 2 cousins. I get a large cheeseburger sub and it has PLENTY of meat. The veggies are always fresh . The workers are always friendly. I am semi retired and dabble in real estate so I have no dog in this fight. I just dont like bad reviews if theyre not true. Great food and LOTS of varieties of cold beer. Gove them a try. Just my opinion.

Excellent pizza and subs! Pizza sauce is well spiced and not too sweet, and the crust is perfectly light and chewy - dont miss it! Toppings are generous and fresh. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to get to know the regulars. I have not gone here on game nights, but I imagine it is a lot of fun. Lots of options for beer, both on tap and bottled.

We had a family reunion in Lancaster. We had a lot of family to feed. Stetson & Martin were very easy to work with. Our large order (17 plus pizza & salads) was accurate, hot & ready on time. They also provided paper plates, napkins & plastic ware. The pizza was amazing! The Greek salad was superb! They really deserve 10 ⭐❗ Thank you so much!

Saw the mixed reviews on here, and wasnt sure what to expect. However, I received excellent service the whole way around. I downloaded and used the app for a coupon which worked great. When I called they took my order efficiently and with a good attitude. And my order was ready in the time that they said it would be. And our food was amazing!

Pizza is okay if its fresh out the oven. Pizza is Greek style with thick crust. They have really good subs and steak sandwiches on Amoroso Bread. Good beer selection. Customer Service is NOT that great. I got sick once after eating their cheeseburger. A comfortable atmosphere with TVs.

The pizza is crazy good. They really do know how to make a pie. The other menu items are great too, and they know how to make a hoagie. Certainly the best cheesesteak in Lancaster. But to top it off they have a great beer selection, which is available for take out.

My husband and I order here on the rare chance we order in. We do not eat out very ofter, but when we do it is here. The food is awesome. I love their cheeseburger subs and the pizza is delicious too. I highly recommend this place. We are ordering tonight, lolz. XP
