I have ordered from Alpha Delta a total of 4 times for lunch at work. The first time i ordered, my wings were overcooked, fries were cold, and they had forgot my drink. I called the restaurant and 20 mins later the driver came back with a hot can of Brisk tea. I said ok, ill try again because he did come back and service was good, maybe i just ordered my food on a bad day. The second time i ordered, i had a shrimp basket and fries, no problems, food was slightly warm. By the 3rd time my coworkers had decided to order with me and everyones food was hot, arrived within 45 mins, and delicious. The portion sizes are large, a little expensive, but definitely worth it. My fav so far is between the pizza and baked italian trio, which is lasagna, ravioli, and stuffed shells, smothered in cheese. Pure heaven. They have a very extensive menu, from soups/salads, your typical appetizers and subs, to italian pasta dishes and large thin crusted pizza slices you have to fold to eat. Definitely a must try!

Im changing my previous review only because the man who is in charge of this restaurant seems nice and is dealing with poor quality of employees. The restaurant has a lot of potential but needs better employees who will pay attention to detail and respect its customers. I dont believe in trying to stop anyone or any business from being successful. He made their wrong right so Im willing to let go of the bad experience I had there. I hope they learn from their mistakes and improve the service because this could easy be one of the best places to eat in Norfolk if they just payed more attention to details and were more polite to their customers.

I order from here because they had good ratings. However I was very disappointed with the food they gave my family and I we received old lettuce on ALL of our hambugers. Who does that... When you order go inside store idk if it would be a different experience. Seeing that I was not there to check the food I couldnt let them know about the lettuce. It okay just will not be ordering there anymore.

Last evening i ordered the large phillycheesesteak sub. And an order of fries. SUB WAS TASTY. Plenty of meat and cheese. FRIES WERE HOT AND TASTIER THEN mc donalds, burger king and most places ive had. Delivery was FAST. FOOD was HOT AND FRESH. Im looking to see what ill order today. I usually love it when I go inside and order however I did take out tonight and am completely upset the girl who took my order was rude didnt bother to explain anything. So for 20$ all I got 2 naked subs (no peppers or etc)no fries no nothing food was salty wasted my money highly upset will not being doing business here again

Really impressed as a first time customer. The portions are big. My wife is from Buffalo and we both agree that the pizza is legit. The sauce I feel is what really makes it along with fresh ingredients! Glad to see the wings are fried right and their wings sauces are as should be. We will be eating here from now on.
