I went to this Boston Market last night. I never had a problem at any other Boston Market location, however I will NEVER go back to this one. My friend and I were not even greeted. Instead, he said "Alright. What can I get you guys?" He sounded so annoyed. No hi, how are you or anything? Then when he made our plates, he just through the sides in the dishes with no care. They were hanging over the side and it was completely sloppy. He didnt even care that the creamed spinach touched his finger, and he didnt offer us a new one even though his bare hand touched it. At the check out register, I noticed he was dressed different and had a different name badge on than the other employees. I realized he was the manager or assistant manager of the store. His name was Steve and you could tell he hated his job. Our silverware was dirty, and he sighed loudly when we asked for a new roll of silverware. Not once did he (or anyone) ask how our food was. Do not waste your time going to this Boston Market. Its obvious that he was poorly chosen as a manager.

I absolutely LOVE the food here. We have never been disappointed with the food or service. We really appreciate the large portions when were travelling because there is enough left over from dinner for us to reheat for our breakfast. The chicken is soft and moist, perfectly cooked. The bbq ribs are my hubbys special treat. There is a large variety of side dishes and each meal includes two good~sized portions of the sides. The mini loaf of cornbread is my favorite treat and we usually take 6 extras to have as a snack that night. I highly recommend it here.

The food was terrible. The food looked old and crusty. When we asked for newer food they said ok and still gave us the old food. They also were out of certain flavors of pop. They just all around werent very pleasant. It was the same the first time I went, we decided to give it another shot a few weeks later and wasnt a good idea.

If they seem slow is because they are actually doing their job and making sure the food is right. The food is extremely good and I always look forward to going after my appointments.

Disappointed again with the quality of my Mediterranean salad. A lot of core hard lettuce and just a little amt of chicken. Very inconsistent at the Cranberry Twp. store.

The food was horrible! I took literally one bite to try the meal (chicken strips, spinach casserole, southwest salad) and tossed the entire thing. It was all foul.

I really like the pot pie and mashed potatoes, the service was amazing and friendly, the cornbread was cold and nasty. No one seems to make good home-made cornbread.
