I havent had extra crispy chicken and real coleslaw in a long time, so I was happy to come here for dinner the other day. You think I wouldve enjoyed my extra crispy chicken but it was just mediocre. It wasnt extra crispy enough. The customer service was okay but the dining area needed a wipe down. Crumbs and grease were all over the tables and the floor. The place was hardly busy so I dont get it. After this visit, I have been cured somewhat from my extra crispy chicken craving. Im good for now.

Very Poor Workers. Bad Service. I Ordered A Double Chalupa Box And It Had Mold On It. I Do Not Recommend This Restaurant To Anyone! Just Trifling. The Managers Were Rude And Took About 20 Minutes To Refund My Money For My Molded Food. Did Not Bother To Check Any Other Items. Tried To Give Me More Food After I Explained That I Was Very Disgusted. Needs To Be Shut Down And Reevaluated

This location is a duel Fast food stop with KFC/TacoBell food available, Twice Ive order from the TacoBell menu and have been given the wrong order. I HIGHLY recommend checking your bags before leaving. My experience is with the drive-thru. Maybe its different at the counter. Your going to have to let me know.

This place has extremely poor service and is very unsanitary. My family couldnt even dine in because of the smell in the food court. The staff is very rude, impolite, and the management has no regards in customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend that you dont eat there. It may be hazardous to your health.

Worse damn KFC and Taco Bell ever. My order is ALWAYS wrong. The only reason I go my kids love it. But I swear my order is never right. They will fix it with no attitude,I guess that count but the wait is terrible as well.

Super rude staff specially at drive thru. Check your order before leaving! Chances are you paid for sour cream and no sour cream was included. Make the extra 5 minute drive to Silver Springs Taco Bell.

Be ready to spend at least 30 mins for your food. They are also rude as all get out. No one wants to do there job. Food is never very good even after the wait.
