Food is ok. It used to be better prepared. Frequently find breaded chicken missing the breading, etc. McDonalds, (right next door) can usually take my order and serve my food in less than 2 minutes. Chic Fil A has a smaller and simpler menu, yet I can rarely get food in less than about 8-10 minutes. (I track times at both with a stop watch). Chic Fil A needs to get over their hubristic attitude and accept that whether they want to call themselves a "quick service restaurant" or any other overtly presumptuous characterization they choose to use, their primary competition is other fast food restaurants, and serve their food in an equally timely manner. Further, their claims of being a healthier alternative pales significantly in light of their flagrant banditry. P.s. the breading has improved, back to what it was about a year ago.

There was an older woman with short, white hair taking my order. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. As I was placing my order she constantly giggled, laugh, and even turned around several times to shout my order to several of her co-workers. When I requested to make my order a meal and asked for water, she looks over at a fellow employee and says did you get that he wants water, then she hands me a bottled water. I told her that I wanted it in a cup with just water and ice, but she said we cant do that sir and insisted that it would go against some type of policy. Then when another employee mispronounced my name and I corrected her, she and several of the employees laughed. I felt highly discriminated against and felt that it was a direct attack against my ethnicity. I could not have felt less welcomed here.

Im not sure why Mr. Pundt gave this excellent place such a low rating and didnt even comment on why but Id be more than happy to make up for his lack of a description. This is a fairly new location...only by a few weeks so give it a chance to warm up to the neighborhood! The food is always great at Chick-Fil-A. Not the largest menu or selection but what you get is always filling and tasty. More importantly though is the service. Since this franchise is committed to Christian values and morality, you can bet that the service is going to be good. My wife and I are proud supporters of all Chick-Fil-As because we enjoy the food, but also like to support a Christian founded company, which seems to be a rarity today! Take the kids to this place and EAT MORE CHIKIN!

Stopped going for breakfast cause of the long lines that NEVER move when I need to get to work and the messed up orders that I find when I finally get to work after my extended drive through wait. Gave them another try today after not going for months and they havent changed. First I asked to ADD bacon to my chicken egg and cheese bagel and that got changed to just bacon on a bagel. Then, as usual, Im stuck sitting at the window for an extended time only to find out that they dropped my bagel on the floor and they tell me its gonna be even longer. I got a refund and I dont plan on returning to chic filet Hanover for breakfast. I understand a problem once in a while but this is constantly. I suggest a new manager for the breakfast shift.

Food and service was fine. The environment however was awful. I came out with my husband and our 1 1/2 year old daughter around 3pm on a weekday. A mom and her 2 teenagers came in and we rude right from the start. They complained about their order because they were trying to get free food. They cursed loudly and their dinner conversation was about sex, also loudly. They were very rude and disrespectful considering that all the surrounding tables had children. It takes one bad experience to ruin it for everyone. I will never return.

Chic-fil-A has the best and consistent customer service of any fast food restaurant worldwide. Hands Down. I will give 5 stars because the food and service is normally outstanding, however, I have a problem with the front counter arrangement. They usually have a line that forms and they call up one person at a time (which I Love) but when you order....sometimes you wait in a crowd of people in a random spot and have to reach over people ordering when you get your food.

For some reason, Hanoverians frequent this place like its going to suddenly disappear tomorrow. The chicken is delicious, especially the nuggetful Asian salad (which Ive been hitting hard lately); however, I would definitely skip the drive thru and order inside. There have been a couple of times when my order has been messed up via the drive thru, resulting in me having to go inside to have it fixed anyway. Service is always friendly though.

Dirty ... Quite unusual. Food was great, but tables had good crumbs, blotches, and paper debris, nearly every one. After like 30 tables we found a clean one. Ask to have one cleaned, no one came... No one seemed to be on "clean duty". One woman walked around with trash can but left everything & didnt wipe any table?!? Not up to usual standards.

This is the only time this has happened. Thats why I gave it 3 stars. But this is was my Chicken Biscuit after a 15 minute wait in the drive thru. I get that mornings can be rushed. But consistency is key.

Chicks is really a nice place. Its dining area is laid out nice and different then others. Staff is friendly and brings your food to you. The soup and chicken salad sandwich is really good. Prices are ok.
