Its hard to believe in 2018 I have never been in a Chipotle, but its true. Walked in to the Maple Lawn location to pick up for (not for myself) Saturday 3/11/17 @ around 2:15pm. No body else was in line but me, so she had no excused to be "weeded". (Restaurant term for over-whelmed). I am obviously reading the order off my phone: Chipotle Employee #1: 1.) I was first to greet the young lady behind the counter. "Hi, how is it going?." No common courtesy was reciprocated. 2.) Keep in mind, I obviously look like I have never been inside a Chipotle before, I was the only one in line, and just making a food run request. I was sent to pick up 1 chicken bowl, but thought Id get one for myself since I was there. "2 chicken bowls please". Then she ask me what kind of meat? I am pretty confused at this point b/c I thought I asked for "2 chicken bowls", so I ask "is it extra for meat?". Her response was "no, its included". If there was no extra cost, I might as well get some additional steak on mine. Did not realize until I got home that neither had chicken in it. Overall the food was cold and the rice was undercooked and hard. 3.) Employee #1 quickly disappeared in the back as soon as the aluminium led was sealed. I GET IT, I APOLOGIZE FOR ASKING YOU TO DO YOUR JOB. I WAS NOTHING BUT PLEASANT TO YOU EMPLOYEE #1, CHECK YOUR ATTITUDE AT THE DOOR WHEN YOU COME TO WORK. CHIPOTLE NEEDS TO BETTER TRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES ON GUEST INTERACTION, ESPECIALLY WHEN I RESPONDED WITH "PLEASE" & "THANK YOU" WHEN I WAS THE GUEST. CALLED BACK & SPOKE TO SOME MANAGER NAMED "KARLA" BEING APOLOGETIC AND TRIED TO REMEDY THE SITUATION. Chipotle Employee #2: (with henna tattoo on her hand) 4.) The cashier was very pleasant, sweet, & nice. MAPLE LAWN CHIPOTLE: FEEL FREE TO REVIEW THE SECURITY FOOTAGE

I was so excited to have a chipotle close to home. Ive been twice and both times have been a disaster. The first time I ordered online, picked up and when I got home realized I had paid for 2 bags of chips I never received and the orders were wrong. I just tried a second time and at 8:45 pm [they close at 10 pm] they were out of chips and salad dressing. How are you going to sell me a salad and not have any dressing. Ive worked in fast food, I know that they had the ingredients its really that the high school students were lazy towards the end of their shift. This was supported by the fact that the empty restaurant was filthy too. Theres a much better chipotle off of Baltimore Ave [Route 1] thats a few more minutes, but worth the drive. I wont be back to this chipotle again and its only been open a month and its already headed down hill.

I was initially excited about chiptole opening in Maple Lawn and I waited a while to give a review (since theyre newer). Ive been in a couple of times each month since theyve opened and Ive seen very little improvement. Ive been left standing at the counter looking around for someone to help me before. Ive had workers jesture towards eachother to go help me, only for them to ignore eachother. The rice is 75% of the time undercooked and hard, Ive had guac that had not cilantro or seasoning in it, sort of tastes like it was just lime and avocado. The steak has also been old several times. I wont be going to this one anymore, Ill make the drive to the chipotle in Laurel.

I recently came in on Tuesday of this week and it was very hectic there was a long wait, the line was continuously long for about hour and a half. The young lady who gave me my bowls was so energized but exhausted I could see it in her face she was trying her very best to get through the line quickly but then the manger wanted her to do a list of online orders which was very unfair seeing that the line was very long and I have been waiting for a long time. My overall experience was ok just very annoyed by the sense of disorganization and inconvenience.

It is great to see you people working. They, however, just need to show some enthusiasm while working. As a customer, I should not be the one greeting the employees. On the assembly line, only 1 young lady smiled and seemed to be happy to be there. I hope management can help them now with their enthusiasm and maybe a smile. It will help prepare them for the future. Food was good.

It wasnt bad Ive been to a lot of Chipotles this one happens to be brand new and almost across the street from my house the only difference I have noticed is that this Chipotles in Fulton doesnt give you nearly as much food as any of the other Chipotles Ive ever been to besides that it was all good

Consistently the highest quality chipotle Ive ever had. As a college student, trust me Ive had plenty of chipotle in my life from all over. This one takes the cake hands down. Dont listen to what these old farts say. Service was perfect.

I took my family to try out chipotle for their first time, and the manager Bao gave rhem an excellent first time experience, even helped us take a picture of our family. Great atmosphere, i love it. Thank you guys ❤

Dont order online. I ordered a salad and barely got any lettuce. Also put in special instructions for salsa on the side and they ignored that as well. Disappointed to say the least......
