Food is great! I always get excited once they call my name. BUT...the service is terrible. A couple weeks ago I come in and a couple walk out because a lady working there said theyre busy at the moment. I figured okay, this cant be that bad. I waited 20 minutes...no service. The line at the registers got so long. There were at least 4-5 people working there that day. So this is to the manager at the establishment...HIRE MORE PEOPLE. In my opinion that isnt enough people to work at an establishment like Taco Bell. It was pathetic. Honestly you only lose customers when there is no SERVICE. Food is great, but Im extremely disappointed with the service. That was the worse experience at this particular Taco Bell, but its always almost just as bad the 4 times Ive ever been there. If you guys can improve on the service and maybe hire more employees, I MIGHT return!

Food was good.... service was really bad. Michela.... if you hate life and hate your job... you are in the wrong career ... or to say the least... stay in the back away from customers. Arms folded and a scowl on your face when taking orders is just unpleasant. When I asked about tacos for breakfast all I got was a "NO" and a hard nasty look like I was an idiot for asking. So I place my order and "I guess no steak burritos " I asked... and I got a sigh and An eye rolling..... "NO" again I was rudely told. I paid for my food and was thrust a receipt and all I got was.... "Here" from her then she went back to arms crossed , Scowl on her face and stood at the counter staring out the front window just like when I got there. The food was great and the other employees were very pleasant. But if I ever go in there again and I see her I will walk out.

Wait time is inexcusable. This is suppose to be fast food. People were standing around in line while the staff was short. One guy told us he waited 35 minutes for his order. If we hadnt already paid, I would have left. We had been on the road for 7 hours and wanted to sit and eat. I spent some time cleaning the seats and table off. Whoever runs this place should get his/her act together. Im writing this whole thing on my phone waiting and waiting for our number to be called. Still waiting....looks like the drive through is more of a priority and gets the food sooner than people standing here. Obviously, theyre understaffed and cant keep up with orders or cleaning. 15 minutes and the order finally arrived....luckily, it wasnt 35 minutes.

This place is embarrassing. Service is completely unprofessional, including shift managers everyone acts like idiots. Had a girl on her break go behind the counter and knock off the gentlemans hat as he was taking my order, she then took her subway into the dining room and ate, at Taco Bell, where she works, she ate her subway... Anyone can make the food of Taco Bell, but these clowns make me not want to return... Ownership needs to get in there before this place is gone, the public has too many options to put up with crappy service like this.

I can no longer count on my hand how many times theyve ignored me on the drive through speaker box and Ive left with nothing. Today I watched 3 cars give up waiting for them to take our orders. Its like the employees just dont care. This happens far too often. Plus the entrance to get to this place is often hard to get out of due to trucks and the stop light never giving enough time. Im a constant before & after work customer. Ps food is good. Sometimes their griller is not up and running though.

My quesadillaI I had to take back up there for them to cut it 3 times and the same thing for my girlfriend she did too but eventually had to have them make her another one because it fell completely apart,and to tell the truth it wasnt even really that hot either and with many restaurants it was chilly in there, I guess thats their way of making sure you dont stay long!!!

I have had multiple experiences at this taco bell where my order has been messed up, they have rang me up for someones order, or forgot to ring me up at all, but I have always came back due to the convienance. Lately however the food quality is getting worse. Today my nachos were literally crumbs and they forgot my fork. Guess I will be going back to Chambersburg

This is one of the worst taco bells Ive ever been to, they literally mess up my order almost everytime I come here and then they dont answer the phone. The only reason Im giving this place 3 stars is because an employee, Shelly, she is super nice to everyone everyday that shes there and she has never messed up my order. 5 stars for Shelly, zero for taco bell.

Absolutely the worst taco Bell I have ever been at! I have been to so many Taco Bell around the united states and this one is by far the worst, how do you make 2 quesoritos and a shredded chicken burrito and not put hardly anything on it, if I wanted a tortilla wrap plain I would have went to Walmart and bought some. What a waste of my money!

Took 10 minutes for them to aknowledge our existance at the register, only to be told tp wait longer when they wernt even busy and had 5 crew members... messed up our order, was served 2 cold soft tacos, ordered 3 burrito supremes that had less on them than the soft tacos. Im normally optimistic about reviews but this place sucked!

What is with the creepy guy staring at the customers? He has the personality of an undertaker! Really this is your shining star? This is whom you choose to greet guests ? Then he walks around chatting with customers, leave me alone, let us eat our mediocre food in peace before we have to go back to work!

I drive a 18 wheeler and they they were closed inside so I tried doing a drive thru and they ignored me wouldnt take my order when other Taco Bells do. I was hungry. There was just 2 fat lazy people inside am glad I didnt get my food cause they would probably make it the nasty way

The first few times I went here, my order was messed up. I didnt get the right tacos, or my crunch wrap was not properly wrapped. I have since visited many times, and everything has been improved. The staff is always friendly, and I will miss being a regular.

We were at Taco Bell 029553 in Greencastle,Pa. The soda machines of 16 choices only 6 available, none that we liked and they were out of napkins. Other people wanted sweet tea and they had to wait until they made it. The tables was dirty also.

Called the store 4 times in a row and let it ring atleast 7-8 times each time and no one picked up the phone...really?!?! *EDIT* I called the store close to 10 times in the time span of 45 minutes and no one picked up...
