We ate at the Hagerstown site, February 2017. My husbands credit card was misplaced. Needless to say, we sat & waited until they looked throughout the whole restaurant. Never found. We received an apology from the manager but not our waitress. We had to cancel his card out because we decided that his card was given to another customer. I contacted Corporate TGIF about this, I was contacted by someone, not remembering his name, this was back in February. I thought that corporate should know what had happened & how it was handled. He was very apologetic. He even stated he was sending us a $50.00 gift card. Well, needless to say. NOTHING EVER CAME OUT OF THIS.It is sad to say, TGIF does not care about their customer relations. They say what you want to hear & move on. This is what they train their managers to do also. He Never followed up with my husband like he said he was. Very bad experience.

my wife and I came in on a Sunday at around 2:30 p.m. and sat at the bar next to the taps. Unfortunately, there were over a dozen sewer/drain flies flying in and out of the beer tap tray/drain. If that were the only problem, we would only take away one star. Unfortunately many of the beers tasted like the beer taps had not been cleaned in a while. Lastly comma we ordered one of our favorites from Fridays and that was the potstickers. Again, a great disappointment. Even though they were slow and coming out of a kitchen, they were severely undercooked. They barely had a sear on one side and the other sides were soft and doughy (yuk). Unfortunately, a bad experience at this TGI Fridays.

Today Saturday December 10 my family and I went to here for my daughters birthday. I used the bathroom and it smelled bad and there was water and dirt everywhere once I told the gut at the front he rolled his eyes and said ok but never checked........the wait was crazy long and we could see all of the available seats. Kyle (the host) had no idea as to what he was to do I think hes unable to handle hes position. I have been to this location many times before and this was the one time I was disappointed and completely unsatisfied with my service......I will not be going to this place again......they will difficulty go out of business if they dont change management........

Within the week, we made a point of going to TGIF-thinking RIBS. We recently had been to the one in Pikesville, MD and they were delicious and on a Special Deal- Full Rack for $10. Soooo I looked up the ratings for the TGIF in Hagerstown and was disappointed to see some comments. We decided to go anyhow and mentioned the ratings to the staff-MGR came to our table, John, and he was sure our ribs would be GREAT-and they were and at the Special Deal as in Pikesville. We would rate the service and food as excellent and will return.

Got flat iron steak and half rack of ribs. Two sides included seasoned fries and side salad. Came to 21 dollars. Cant believe the amount. Wish I could post the pic. Very small piece of ribs and steak. Counted 10 fries and the salad was pathetic!!!!!! Will never ever get from there again!!!!! Was not like this before. Really pissed off!!!!!! They should be ashamed to serve this and to charge 21 dollars for it. GO BYE TGI FRIDAYS!!!!

I never post anything and my husband Never complains about anything. We will never stop at this Fridays again Food was cold. Smell was horrible near kitchen. Waitress was not attentive. We got our meal before our 6 year old and it took forever (we were there for over 2 hours). When I went back for leftovers the front desk was huffy with me. And we always give the benefit of the doubt but this was a horrible experience.

There was an ant walking on the table, our waitress seemed as if she was 12 years old - very annoying. I got shrimp scampi, it was burnt. the broccoli wasnt done. we waited almost a half hour for a appetizer and by the time we got it our food was already there. Our waitress told us she was back there yelling at the cooks. there was some unfriendly talk between the waitresses. Definitely not a fan of last nights meal.

Staff friendly. Asked for French dip no onions. The au juice comes with onions in it. So ordered Cobb salad. Description should read 90% stems with 1 small egg . 1/ 4 tsp of blue cheese crumbles, maybe I small piece of bacon, possibly 5 grape tomatoes sliced. Ordered with chicken. Large piece. But flavorless. There were two of us. We both ordered the Cobb. And both received this sorry excuse for a meal. Left hungry.

The smell when you walk in is terrible. Please get a better cleaning product. I wanted to turn around before even sitting but my husband wanted to eat there. If I managed this place rather than the staff standing around I would insist they clean the walls, chairs, seats, floors, etc. The place needs a thorough cleaning. I never expect the food to be that great at a chain and it was certainly subpar.

Had hair in my food. Waitress was unfriendly about. Was hesitant to eat my new plate bc it kinda looked like the same plate. Was only told they wear hair nets so dont know how this happened. Was only told i will receive a free dessert. When we said No they forced it on us and brought dessert back in to go containers. The staff needs to be nicer. If they dont wanna be there quit and go someplace else.

Okay, the staff are friendly. The place is clean the food was served hot. The quality? Well its a chain. The prices are reasonable. Ill say they should stop with the points deals that they offer and put more thought into their food. The best thing I can say though is the broccoli I ordered was fresh and steamed perfectly. No fake butters or oils. That was a nice thing.

This particular restaurant was not appealing. The table and seats smelled like dirty dish water. Flies everywhere, what a nuisance while youre trying to eat. Salad bar has tongs lying on top of food, which is not sanitary at all! Food didnt seem freshly made. Was disappointed as we normally love tgi fridays. Will not be revisiting this location

Worst experience ever. Ordered a appetizer and after 40 minutes they delivered it to the wrong table. It sat on there table for about 5 minutes then my waitress carried it into the kitchen and 2 minutes later a different waitress tried to give it to me. When i questioned her about it she claimed to have no idea what i was talking about.

Waited on hold for 15 minutes. Hung up called back complained. Put on hold for another 12 minutes. Drove out to the location not busy at all and person up front standing beside the phone took my order right away. Hmmm not answer the phone because maybe they thought a tip would be smaller. Really need to get their act together.

I ordered shrimp and chicken cajon pasta. It was cold and had no flavor it wasnt spicy and the chicken and shrimp wher cold. A manager walked by after 5min of waiting so i could pay and leave and asked if i was done and then took the money to the waitress who then asked me 4times if i wanted a togo box i said no 4times.
