Worst service and food Ive ever had - hands down. The chicken was literally black and sponge like. The chicken fries were Luke warm and stale. My order was incorrect. The place had maybe 6 customers total at the time and was not busy. There were two boys in the back that were incompetent and terrible at making orders. Someone from the drivethru came in because their order was wrong too. The manager was expressing her frustration about the two boys out loud to customers. A girl was on lunch break and in line when I brought my chicke. Sandwich up because it was black and there was no bacon, she girl on break was laughing and said as soon as you walk through the door all common sense is lost...truly poor service. Im not picky and I worked in fast food when I was younger so Im not usually jusgemental but this place is gross and the workers are pathetic. Not ever returning.

Two employees talked to each other in person and through headsets constantly making customers wait to have their order taken. That could be excused if my food was at least warm. Out of the fries, ten piece, and chicken sandwhich i had ordered only the bun on my sandwich was warm and I didnt even finish my meal . It took ice to make my drink colder than that food.
