Though last time I went we spent way more money than we had planned it was because the food was so good and we just wanted to taste a little bit of everything and take home the rest. I can never leave without having the tiramisu its the best Ive ever had from any establishment. Also the service was amazing last time I went, we didnt have to wait long and our server was really nice, I hope to be seated in his section again. Not only was he professional but he had a great sense of humor which made us really comfortable and him easy to talk to if we needed anything or had any questions. Also he didnt claim his tip not that it matters but he did an amazing job so I wrote a small thank you beside the tip telling him he did well and he never claimed the tip. Such a gentleman wish I had gotten his name.

I love Olive Garden, I really do. But there are SO many better places in Greensboro to go for great Italian food. This Olive Garden is conveniently located near 85/40 and the coliseum and quite honestly, those are probably the only good things about it. The food is sub par and overpriced (in comparison to what else you can get in the area), the wait times are absolutely ridiculous (and they dont take reservations on weekends) and the servers are equally unenthusiastic. I was absolutely floored at the level of incompetence our waitress displayed at this location during a group birthday dinner earlier this month. I expected a much greater quality of service and restaurant experience from a Darden Restaurant.

Last night we ate at the OG. It was good. I wanted to go because of the all you can eat pasta for $9.99. It was good. Delicious. One thing is for sure though, they need less cheese. There was cheese everywhere. 1. Would you care for cheese on your salad? -Ooh yum, yes I would. 2. Would you like cheese in your 5-cheese Asiago pasta dish? -Sounds delicious. May I have a little extra? There were way too many dinners with cheese. None the less, the server deserved a great tip. She was tripple sat, the hostess helped her. They did a great job between three-four tables.

I typically enjoy Olive Garden, but not this trip. The restrooms needed attention. There was an unpleasant odor all through the restaurant that would not go away. They were doing construction, which is fine, but they had track lighting that was way too bright, glaring right at the tables. They werent able to turn down the lighting, so we asked to be moved. Apparently the only place to move us to was the bar area at 7pm on a Tuesday. Food was still good, and the service was ok. Not my best trip to an Olive Garden! Probably wont go back there.

Olive garden used to be one of our placed to eat until the past few times. The service is friendly but slow and nowhere as efficient as they used to be. I went there with my mom and step dad today, and we had to ask for everything multiple times and some of what they asked for didnt get there until the end of the meal. My meal tasted good except for getting a mussel that was closed which means it was bad but still put on the plate, and at least one other than was empty. They were both extremely annoyed at the whole experience.

This is the second time I have had bad service at Olive Garden the first time I was with my husband and 1 yr old son and the waiter that was being trained threw the ticket book and almost hit my son in the face. Today 2/15/16 we was all back and the service was so bad that when my food got to the table we got up and left. We had been sitting there for a good while without breadsticks which my Alfado sauce had done became cold. We had no salad and my husbAnd had been out of water since we practically sat down

Horrible I left unfed.because my food taste like it had been left somewhere with shrimp amd it taste horrible my sisters birthday was today she brought a cake and they took the box off amd brought us back a togo salad bowl that didnt even fit that cake cost 65 dollars. My mom got noodles inside her stuffed pasta that wasnt even supposed to be in there. My aunt got a mozzarella stick that didnt even have mozzarella in it. This experience was a horrible experience. I would rate this a 0 star of possible.

The bathrooms make and female were horrid. Toilet paper all over the place in the ladies room. Commode had overflowed toilet water and other contents every where. My fiance went to the mens room and there was feces wiped on the walls and turds on the floor. Olive Garden is supposed to be upscale classy dining and at this particular restraunt. Sorry wont ever be back this is nasty. Wonder what they do with your food in the back if this is what is done right at the front door and entrance lobby area.

I went in for lunch they seated me right away. I had an issue with my food. I let the waitress know about it. The manager came by and talked with me. Offered me desert I told him no thank you its not that big of a deal. I did not want anything for free and made that clear and the manager Jerome took care of me anyways. Thats great service. I can get great food at a lot places but service is what Im paying for. Thanks for the spectacular service

Every time I come to the US. I always love to drop by the Olive garden. For a chain I would like to give it 5 stars but I love authentic Italian in Italy which deserves a 5 stars rating. Service is always great. Unlimited soup, bread sticks and salad. Always stuff full. No matter what Ive ordered this place serves up very tasty pasta. The price is really reasonable and great place to take your family. I wish this chain exists in Toronto.

Very small tight resteraunt for a olive garden. Staff somewhat unfriendly and very slow. Waitress from the start forgot and got drink orders wrong. Food was decent but not up to olive garden standards! Order was missing parts and took forever to get things corrected. Waitress rarely checked in and didnt seem to be knowledgeable or care about doing her job. Disappointed for a Olive Garden but not a horrid stop. Just be patient if you visit.

Food was good. Service was good.my only complaint was that the hostess led us all the way to the back of the restaurant and seated us in the corner. We walked by several open booths and/or tables on our way to the time out section. Felt like the kid in class that the teacher didnt like. Next time we want Italian, we will go to Carrabas, its just down the street. When food is fairly equal, service wins my money.

3000 High Point Road Refills on bread sticks, soup and salad for lunch. Thumbs Up! It is the only Olive Garden in town, so if I had to make a suggestion, I would say put up another one across town on battleground avenue or westridge. The service is ok but could be more attentive. The lunch specials are really cheap and yummy! Try the Zuppa Toscana Soup. It is sooooo good! I will be dining here again!
