Got a pager, for a two person table, since every table that was empty had to be cleared. After waiting a few minutes, the first clean table went to someone who just walked in 5-10 mins after us. After approaching 1 of the 3 hostesses about my table I got, "Oh yeah, I was just going to seat you". I asked how did this happen and I got a nonchalant response from another hostess, "Well give you a free appetizer". The third hostess showed us to our table and I asked her 3 times to speak with the manager. My request fell on dead ears. Finally, I spoke to Shannon and Adam (a manager & my server- they were great and showed concern about the situation - the reason for the second star). After promises of top notch attention and food, we stayed. Needless to say, my bread was cold and the steak was not cooked as ordered. As I sit here eating popcorn, I hope that Outback adjusts the customer service and kitchen staff at this location.

AWFUL. I love going to Outback but we usually go to the one in High Point and the service/food there is always wonderful. We ordered curbside takeaway at this location and were told it would be ready in 35 minutes...1 hour and 10 minutes later still nothing. Not to mention there were 4 people that had to return their takeout bags because they were either missing something or in one guys case just completely wrong order. When we finally got our food and got home to eat it, my steak was black and nearly impossible to cut and my potato soup had chunks of chewy (bacon??? not sure what that was but definitely disgusting) The poor little guy working the takeaway was friendly and trying his best but overall this was a frustrating and nasty experience. I think I was so disappointed since we always receive excellent service and quality in HP. Never going back to the Four Seasons location, certainly will not be making that mistake again.

Saturday night on Valentines weekend was exactly what I expected....a packed house. My wife and I used the online option of putting our name on the list before ever leaving home. We arrived about 10 mins early for our time and was seated in about the same length of time. We had a brand new waitress, first night on the job...but one would have never guessed it. Her service was great, as was the food. The owner came by our table and chatted for a few minutes giving a more personable feel to our visit and later returned with a complimentary dessert to go. We didnt have an issue, we didnt complain about anything and there was nothing wrong. It was just great customer service and an enjoyable valentines dinner with my beautiful wife. We will be back. TIP: Use the online sign to cut your wait!

I have never walked out of a restaurant, until today at this Outback. Four of us arrived at a nearly empty Outback; maybe six to eight seated tables. With multiple tables open, we were told to wait for an opening table. Granted, many tables were left uncleaned. After waiting nearly 15-minutes, we were seated and asked for our drinks and ordered an appetizer and food. 45-minutes later, we received a poorly made appetizer, with an apology by the manager. About an hour after that, with empty drinks, no food, and not a waiter in sight, we had enough of the horrible service. If you could even call it service. I dont regret walking out, I only regret not giving them a few words of advice on how to treat paying customers.

This is the first review I have ever done on a restaurant. Stopped by this location around 6:30pm. Not busy and the wait to be seated was normal for Outback standards. There where many vacant seats in the restaurant which was confusing considering it took 20 mins to be seated. When we got seated the waitress took almost 15 mins to get to us to take our drink order. We waited another 20 mins before we decided to cut our losses and leave. We have been to this location many times and have had no issues. However the last two visits have been terrible with wait times. We will drive across town to the Battleground location to eat at Outback.

Outback Steakhouses are a chain, but despite the franchise approach some locations go a step beyond to make their location unique and provide an enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, this location does not try and it fails, resulting in your basic steak, salad, and baked potato (with promoted specials) eatery. We were "processed" through with a dinner occasion that is easily forgotten. For this area, Id look up a locally owned restaurant for variety in menu and earnest service. You can do better elsewhere.

This place had the worst service. Waited over 30 minutes to get our drinks and then they didnt give us the beer we ordered we had to wait 15 more minutes for them to bring it out. They got our order wrong and the food was not good. I actually felt sick for two days after eating there. They lost us as customers. After the first beer we wouldnt even order another cause we were so ready to get out of that place. Wont go back!!

I went here with my wife, just the two of us to get a short break from the kids. We had a great meal and received great service. My wife LOVED her steak, was cooked just right. Staff was friendly. You will get a pager if its busy but we didnt have to wait that long. It was worth it. Lost one star because its kind of expensive. Dont be surprised when your bill gets to the table...

Out of all the outbacks I have ever eaten at this one is my favorite. Iv been eating here for years and have only had to send my food back once, and that was because the cut of steak was bad. The service is always excellent, salad plates are always chilled, prompt with drink refills and portion size is always exceptional. Keep up the wonderful work "Outback at the mall!"

Outback is my fiances favorite place to eat, but we will never return to this restaurant. The waitress was very rude to me, carded me (Im 35) just to see my age and constantly hung all over my fiance calling him "Honey". She purposely brought my salad with the wrong dressing, never did bring me any water, and Id hate to think what she probably did to my meal.

This is by far the worst Outback in the Triad! Extremely slow and yet my entire table had undercooked food. Asked for a manager to bring the check, and I got some dumb kitchen staff worker. He argued with me about not liking the food and took 30 minutes to bring back the change from our drink order. Never again, worst birthday dinner ever!
