When I ordered my shredded beef burrito bowl, I asked for some grilled vegetable. The female server said it was extra charge, but didnt say how much. On the big board, it listed items with extra charges and they are all 99 cents. So I assumed it would be 99 cents extra. But when I checked out, it was $1.59 extra. I asked the male cashier to show me where $1.59 was published. He couldnt show me, and reluctantly gave me 50 cents back. First of all, the difference was 60 cents. Second of all, the cashier and the server had really bad attitude. They were arrogant and treated me like a lower class citizen. If those two people keep working there, I will not go back to Qdoba and will tell all my friends and people on the Internet to boycott the place.

This is QDoba, nuff said. If you need a better description: this is a great burrito. Not as good as the seasonal Mad Mex Gobbleritto, or a fresh rito from Mexico, but still one of the best burritos you can get. (PLUS: Adding bacon is free!! ;) ) Let me tell you about the main competition: Chipotle - BLAH! Whatever spices they put on their meats overpowers most of the rest of the flavors. Additionally it makes me destroy toilets. So if you dont want to taste your food, and enjoy explosive diarrhea, go to Chipotle. Moes - Moes is your basic burrito starter kit. Nothing fancy, mediocre, bland ingredients wrapped in a lightly steamed paper towel.... As you can see, Qdoba is the better choice.

The only reason I rate this Qdoba one star is purely the staff. Once you walk in the door you are not greeted but more importantly the employees scowl the whole time and act like you are a bother. If this particular Qdoba would do an entire staff change then this would make a world of difference. We enjoy the food however because of the service its not a pleasant experience. This location closed then later re opened under new ownership. They kept the staff that was there to begin with. This would have been a great opportunity to hire new employees who like their job. Any

Food is good but sanitation is terrible. Restranuts should not be allowed to reuse baskets that have been sitting on their trashcans. This establishment collects the baskets, wipes out the inside and then stacks them with fresh papers for serving your food between them. (The bottom of the baskets that were just on the trashcan are now touching the paper where the food will go) YUCK!!

This rate is more on the customer service at this location. The manager who was serving the meat has a horrible presence. You could just tell she was miserable and didnt want to be there. I had to ask for rice with my nachos 3 times. You just feel like youre a bother to the employees. The food was okay. I wont come back to this location.

The food is amazing but very poor customer service. My husband and I walked in and two girls were behind the counter smiling and having a conversation. When we walked up the smiles went away and they acted as if we were a bother. Weve been multiple times since they reopened and service has continued to be very poor.

I crave Qdoba more than almost anything else. Each ingredient is so good--cilantro lime rice, super fresh pico de gallo, and the 3 cheese queso is awesome. I love to get the vegetarian burrito bowls. They also have a Q card where you can get your 10th meal free. Highly recommend!

Doesnt take corporate coupons! Decent food but youve lost a customer because of that cheap move. Should post somewhere visibly that you dont take corporate coupons. Thats why I chose to eat here.
