The service here is completely awful. I just moved to this area from Hampton, so never went to this one until recently. Everyone at the Hampton store is awesome. I ordered delivery from here, and it honestly took 2 hours and 15 minutes for me to get my order. By the time I got my food, it was ice cold, and when the driver brought my food, he actually said something derogatory to me because I didnt give him a tip. That is beyond unprofessional. All I got was the dinner box, so its not like it was an astronomically large order. At least my two liter was cold, even though it bad dirt all over it because it must of been rolling around on the floor of his car. I took all of my food back down to the store, untouched and spoke to the manager, who said that I couldnt have my money back. Additionally when I was there, I saw two people making pizza, prepping food, and saw a guy reach into a bag of chicken wings and grabbed two hand fills of wings to cook, with his bare hands, and went back to putting toppings on a pizza, with his bare hands, and then wiped his hands off on a very dirty apron, wiped the sweat off his forehead, and went back to making another pizza. I wanted to barf, thinking thats how my food was made, because theres definitely no chance of cross contamination there. I actually took pictures of him doing it, and got yelled for it. I promised to delete them after I sent them to the Allegheny County Health Department. (Who I did call, and email the pictures to) I then had to call corporate, and they transferred me to the store, and I was just hung up on. I then had to call the Hampton store, I spoke to the general manager there. She was very polite and took care of the issue. They replaced my food because of what happened there. So, be warned before u go to this location. And if u feel sick after you eat, then you know why.

Ordered for delivery, the online order estimate was an hour and a half... whew, fine. At about a half hour before order was due to arrive- I called, to ensure it was in progress of being made, it has been an hour and the tracker sent via text message said they had merely received my order- not that it was being made... an HOUR after the order was placed. Anyways, the man on the phone said it had been dispatched and that there was mad traffic. I live about 7 minutes away? Anyways, it is now the time of arrival and the tracker has now changed to being made. An hour and a half after ordering. Provided it is really en route, it has now been in so 40 minutes since dispatched... bet it wont be warm when it gets here. This is terrible. Never order from this place... ever.

this place need to change customer service.i order lite chess pizza they put lot of chess on it.who does that?ind she said sorry we will send you new one i said i dnt need because my launch time over why would with another 20 miniutes for another pizza.that was pizza cost $19.89.i had bad experince for late delivry.one time i wait 3 hours nd i called whats going on?they told me we went your place nobodys over thier.are you serious family togather fuction going on my appartment.nd they deliverd pizza realiy bad condiction like pizza not hot.its bad customer service really bad.please do something this location.

I have personally never had any problems with this Pizza Hut. I always order on-line and leave right after doing so... from my house in Millvale it is a 10 minute drive. When I get there my food is always ready within 5 min if not already. I have never received poorly cooked (burnt/undercooked) food and have never had an issue with service. Most of the complaints I see are delivery issues... I never get delivery... I dont want to pay 5$ more for my order to tip some pizza guy when I can go get it myself within 10 minutes using little gas and save 5$

Terrible quality food. I feel this is might be management issue. I almost felt bad for the staff. Pizza and bread sticks were burnt. Consider strongly before ordering from here. You will be wasting your hard earned money. There is only one review on here with anymore than two stars. I see a pattern. Delivery is a nightmare wait and you have to pay for it. Your food will be cold. This is not the Pizza Hut I remember. THIS PLACE IS HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. You will be disappointed.

Need an idea about this location? Look no further than how the GM Cassie treats her employees: I had no problems working for any of the other mangers. For all the people raving about the food; I have dropped prepared food and put it right into the fryer because she had me so nervous breathing down my neck. So if you want to play Russian roulette with overpriced food made by sad people because theyre being treated like children, then by all means.

This store is terrible. They never get the order right and when you call in and ask for it to be fixed they give you excuses about how the kitchen is understaffed. The staff is always short and rude as well. There is no way to file an experience, good or bad, because the pizza hits are all franchised. I will never order from this location again. I would give it no stars if I could.

Takeout only, but it has full pizza and wing street menus. Though most of my experiences havent been too bad, service, more often than not, can be rather poor whether its incorrect wait times or incorrect orders. Prices are typical for Pizza Hut, not cheap but not super expensive - its best to take advantage of in-store or corporate specials.

Just ordered a large pizza. Hour and a half later I call back and get told the driver will be there any time now. Half hour later I get called by the driver saying 15 min, putting my order at 2h 15min. I live 10min away. Needless to say I told him to not bother. I wont bother ordering here again either.

Ordered delivery online; 2.5 hours later, no pizza, AND a manager who told me I was probably "playing him" trying to get free food. $23 worth of food isnt worth my time to try to "play" a Pizza Hut manager for. Apparently I shouldve read the reviews first. How is this place still in business?

First time I went there, placed an order online and when I got there they ran out of dough to make pizza. Second and last time ever, the manager said he fired the cook and he had to remake the food, then the manager got the order wrong after making me wait. Horrible service.

The dough sems like it was really old. Pepperoni pizza only had 10 pepperonis on it. Wings were cold on the inside. On top of everything they charge $3 for delivery. I would not order PIZZA HUT EVER AGAIN. they do know how rip people off. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

I have been on hold with them on several nights for a good 10 mins with no answer. They are supposed to accept online ordering per website, but dont. I think a couple kids work there and leave the phone off the hook and waste time. NOT WORTH IT
