Most of the time they are super busy with everyone ordering there because they make wonderful pizzas! But other then that. They treat customers with kindness. They do have a new policy if you pay with a card then you need to have the cardholder and his or hers I.d , but they informed me it was due to fraud. Also if they get new customers if the person isnt answering their phone number that they give them when they are taking their order 3 times they will cancel it because they cant take a pizza to a place if everything isnt precise. They are also delivering to many different places other than hallandale such as miami, Dania, and Hollywood. So think of this, to have at least 150 orders a day and 35% are delivery and some are to Miami some are to Dania and some are close by, it takes at least an hour to get to Miami and with traffic you never know if youll make it alive. Then having to leave from there to drop off somewhere in Dania thats another 45 min and with traffic still much more. After Dania they need to come back and see that they have to go back to all these places because their pizza is cold. Customers even myself wonder why its always cold when the pizzas get here and well maybe its because its not just the fact that its busy its also the fact that they have so many other districts they need go to. People calling to complain about their pizza so having to send out more, the cook having to take time out of others order because plenty of people are Calling asking to redo theres. There is a lot more into customer service the. What most people think. This pizza Hut has great customer service because they will give you your money back or they will give you a customer satisfaction and send you a new one for free with no questions asked. And many times they have even given out store credit so that their customers are satisfied in the end.

On Sunday January 27th I called at 8pm and ordered a medium pizza over the phone, the person, at 9pm I called again and asked for an update on the delivery, the person who answered the phone said that the driver left already and that he should be there soon, (keep in mind that my apartment is exactly 9mints from the restaurant). It is 9:35pm and I still DO NOT have the pizza; therefore I called again, the same person tells me that "my order whent out for delivery and that he should be there soon" (AGAIN the same story) I complaint and the lady asked if I want to talk to the manager and of course I said YES!! The manager comes to phone and asked me for my phone # which I have given before 3 times already and then tells me exactly the same story, I told him that it is unacceptable to wait 1 hour and 35 mints for a pizza and that I believe I shouldnt pay for this, there was a big silence and I said I am waiting for an answer from you! Your customer service is terrible! He didnt even offer an apology and just said I can give you a discount and the driver is calling right now, I decided to cancel the order at this point..10mints later the driver called and said that he is outside the building, which was a lie since my apartment face the front of the building and the security gate as well....it is amazing how they all lie and how poor management and customer service this Pizza Hut location has! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this rest. at all. HORRIBLE customer service!

Abraham (if thats his real name) is definitely not an asset to this business. He lacks the customer service that will make a pizza hut lover order from this store. I ordered my food at 21:05 and called to ask them to rush delivery. I was expecting my food in 30 mins. When 30 mins passed, I was still okay because I know my request is not guaranteed. 45 mins later, my food was still not delivered. I called the store and the girl who answers the phone was quite pleasant and aplogetic. I work in a hospital and had to return to my work area. I asked her to please call driver to ask him how far away he was, so I could determine if I should wait or not. She went to ask the manager...."Abraham", and when she got back on the phone, told me she couldnt call the driver because it hadnt been an hour to an hour and a half since I ordered. Delivery taking an hour and a half? comon now! Signs and symptoms of an incompetent manager being on duty. So I asked to speak to him and he lack the empathy, compassion that a business leader should have. To make a long story short....i ended up waiting an additional 15 mins before the food was delivered and it arrived COLD.. Disgusting! If you want awesome service and hot food, please call Papa Johns. They have such better service and the food is actually transported in a thermos bag. This guys give Pizza Hut a bad name.

I ordered a pizza from here despite the reviews because I believe in experiencing something for yourself. I placed the order at 1:53pm, they told me my order would arrive by 2:52pm and it sure did. However, not only was the food ice cold, it appeared old. I know the pizza hut pizzas have a lot of grease, it IS fast food, afterall; unfortunately, there was orange grease pooled under the entire pizza-- if you flipped over an ice cold slice, the crust looked completely orange and to make matters worse the big lake of orange grease that pooled in the center of the box was so cold that the grease was beginning to become SOLID. This pizza was, without a doubt, made at least the day before. It also had wrong toppings, it was a pepperoni pizza instead of half pepperoni half cheese. Incredibly gross. I am currently waiting another 45 minutes for a new pizza to arrive. I will not be ordering from here again. Very disgusting. **Update** So I just couldnt wait 45 additional minutes and I sent my husband to just go pick it up for me and he told me that when he handed the young lady the cold pizza back that I no longer wanted, instead of the young lady tossing it into the trash, she popped it back into the oven! So, its safe to say, someone else will be getting that day old pizza.

At 6:50 PM, I ordered 2 large pizzas. One pizza had pepperoni & mushrooms, the other was a supreme. Upon placing the order over the phone, the person that took the order said the pizza would arrive within one hour. We waited, the pizza did not arrive for another 40 minutes. When the delivery person finally arrived (apparently he and our pizza had gotten lost). When the pizza arrived it was cold, dry, and had no sauce. We called and complained to the manager Ian that we had tasted the pizza and it was disgusting. He told us because we had tasted the pizza he could not offer a refund. The only solutions he offered were to give us a store credit for that location (we were vacationing here after a cruise, so it wasnt helpful option), or replace the order. He directly said, "I cannot be held responsible for the length it takes for my delivery staff to deliver the pizza. I cannot be responsible for the time it takes to arrive or the time my staff takes to deliver it." Since he offered NO other options, we reluctantly asked him to replace the order. The order came 10:20 PM, 2 hours later, the pizza arrived. We spent a total of 4 hours waiting for our food. DO NOT EAT HERE! Horrible customer service and the worst quality Pizza Hut Ive ever been to.
