The WORST service I have ever experienced 1. Cant order online for an address 2.5 miles away from the Pizza Hut, Manager is a complete waste of space a refuses to update the system 2. Just ordered a carry out, called back to change it to delivery and took 7 attempts to actually speak to somebody 3. Person I spoke to, hung up on me the first time and then claimed she could not hear me....the girl could hardly speak English.....not foreign, just dumb!! WILL NEVER USE THIS PIZZA HUT AGAIN.....in reference to no.1, the whole neighborhood has the same issue and we have over 100 houses in the neighborhood and it has been here for over 2 years.....Pizza hut Corporate, this Hut kneed to be closed of the Manager changed!!!!

Got the wrong order. Then when we called to get the correct food we were told we would get the food in 15 minutes. After an hour and still no food we tried to call back to find out the status only to get a representative that had no idea what she was doing. Finally got in contact with the actual shop who proceeded to hang up on me. Dont waste your time. We gave pizza hut a shot instead of Vocellis. We will never order from here again. Thanks "Bob" who hung up on me. Vocellis will be our only pizza from now on.

Had one deliveryr driver. Pizza eventually arrived 2 hrs, 20 minutes after placing order. Showed up to complain and management completely took care of it. Complete refund and free coupons for future purchases. Bad experience made good. Just do takeout; not delivery. Thank you customer service. Kudos for making things right

Our $55 order ($47.14 plus $7.86 tip) arrived two hours and four minutes after being ordered, ice cold, and completely nasty. Order placed 8:04pm, arrived 10:08pm. No way to call the store (tried at 10:15pm, "the store is now closed"). How does this place stay in business??

This was one of the most horrific experiences Ive ever had dining. I know its a pizza hut and I wasnt expecting four stars but I at least thought Id get a clean table with clean plates. The table, plates, glasses, menus, and floor were a sticky unsanitary mess.

This pizzahut has buffet option which I personally liked a lot. You have good healthy salads. Has parking. The staff was friendly. Seating had good view. Its close to freeway exit and also near by sarris. So you can go to sarris for dessert after lunch or dinner

I ordered wings and they were buffalo and if I got honey BBQ some where it would be spicier than these plus they werent very good and the ranch was disgusting :-( but I have to say the salad bar I ordered was pretty good but our waitress was very nice

Disregard the review of 12/28/08. Restaurant was clean and service was attentive. The salad bar was exceptional and the pizza was light and fluffy - not very greasy at all. Highly recommended.

Gave this 5 stars because its one of few eat-in pizza places I know of. Prices are great for families if you take advantage of their specials, they also have a salad bar!

Nicole fowler is the worst and rudest worker there. she answered the phone. She is so unsanitary. She burps in the phone, curses at other workers. She is a horrible.

Pizza was undercooked, ordered breadsticks with marinara... No marinara and the breadsticks werent cut (it was a block of bread)... Worst delivery experience ever.
