Placed an order online it said the wait would be 45 minutes. An hour later, the food still isnt here. I called the store and the manager says "oh, it should be there soon." Wait another half hour, go outside to look for the delivery driver. The driver is walking up the stairs to a different apartment. I stop him, asking if that could be my order. He says, "no, its for apt 4." I ask him to please check the slip. He does, and says "oh, it does say 3." He gives me my order and leaves without saying anything else, even though I asked why it took so long. On top of this terrible service, the pizza was cold and greasy. And the sauce on the wings tasted rancid. Never ordering from this pizza hut again.

Great pizza but what the hell Pizza hut on Library road. I tried to place an order on phone, for a carry out, but no one answered. Did not want to call to go to the call center. So I walk over. Lady tells me they no long answer the phone and she is the only one there!!! Poor woman!!! Again, what the hell pizza hut! You need to hire more workers here or tell the people to only place orders to the call center, at this location.

Use to be better. Sometimes they have good deals, but sometimes the food is dry too. The delivery guys are really nice, but some of the actual workers dont have good personalities to wait on people: not rude, just not people pleasers...

Its not exactly a pretty place, but damn - these folks make a good pie. Better quality than a lot of Pizza Hut locations!
