The kids and I went to Casa Grande for dinner. I had the shrimp fra diabla, the kids had tacos, burritos, and enchilatas. The food was excellant. No problems there. My issue was with the service. The waiter presented us with a check and I gave him my card. I then took both the kids to the bathroom. When I got back, my table was cleared and they were already seating someone. All of our drinks were gone, the extra taco and part of a burrito were gone, and my credit card was still out there. I went up front and managed to retrieve my card, but could not even ask for the food and drinks back. What kind of place clears your table without asking if you are finished and without having paid the bill??? I tried to call three times today to speak to the manager and was told each time that he was out, but would be back at "x" time. At 10:00, he would be back at 11:30. At 11:30, he would be back at 3:30, and at 3:30, he would be back at 6:30. I get the impression he doesnt like to speak to people. When I asked if I could speak to someone else, the "helpful employee" on the phone went Sammy Sosa on me and couldnt speak English anymore. Needless to say, we will not be back. Too bad. The food was good.

Horrible, Horrible, Will never go back. We use to go frequently but over the last year or so, establishment has gone way down. They dont care if they cant get an order right and dont try to fix it when done wrong. Employees talk Spanish right in front of you to each other which is very rude especially since when taking the order they act like they know what you are saying. The new Rico Mexican place in Mechanicsville is much better, one of Casa Grande old employees went out on his own and his food awesome! The employees are able to communicate with the general public and even though this isnt really a factor, the price is better too. Casa Grande has a lot to be desired . I may rate it a 1 even though my last meal consisted of just nachos because the cheese dip was pretty good. This rating is not so much about the food but the service, and the management. This was my first time visiting Casa Grande, and im not to sure how many other times im going to visit. The service was good, our waiter was tentative and very polite, he made me feel very welcome. We ordered, what i believe was, the deluxe fajitas for 2. Which comes with every meat that is offered on the tacos. The flavors were good and it was very filling. I wasnt too fond of the guacamole that they had, but it was ok for putting on my fajita. They have TVs all over the place and every TV was playing the same thing, would have been nice to have something different on the TVs but, i wasnt there to watch TV, we were there to eat :) I would come back again, as they were a pretty decent place for Mexican food.

I really wish I could remember the dudes name, but our server was incredible. We have a family that is spread across the four winds, and getting together is rare. He was incredibly patient with letting us chat, very funny, and kept it professional yet casual in the conversation. I forgot mentioning that my wife and I wanted just cheese and bean enchiladas (100% my F* up) and without hesitation he made me feel so much better and took back the meat and very quickly had a vegetarian friendly plate for us. I think service and manners are the key to success, and this man hit every note spot on!!

This is my favorite restaurant in town! Ive been to over 15 Mexican restaurants and this is definitely my favorite. They are always fast in bringing out the food, there are endless tortilla chips, great salsa, great tacos, refried beans, and rice. There queso dip is also awesome. On top of all that I always leave stuffed and usually dont spend more than $7. YUM!

I got the tamale, enchilada, burrito combo. It was with out a doubt the definition of bad Mexican food. It was plain, lacking flavor, and minimally edible. Taco Bell is better. The service was great though, and the food arrived at the table in like 4 minutes. The Salsa for the chips was actually quite good; not great, but good.

When I think of typical Mexican food, I think spices and bold flavors. The food at Casa Grande is bland and uninspired. I dont think anything was seasoned. Also, while ordering take-out, they decided to cram one pound of food into a half-pound bag. All of the containers were crushed and leaking by the time it got home.

Five of us were here on Fathers Day 2013. Our server seemed to be new at serving or just uncaring. He could barely be heard over the excessive volume of the piped in music. The food was severely lacking in any flavor and the meat was way overcooked. There is a better choice across the street!

Food was great. The service was not bad. But the bartender was drinking a beer and he was keeping it beside the ice drink machine. Either the boss is away (manager) or he is the manager or boss and had a bad night last night. But not good to be drinking on the job!

The food is absolutely terrible and unauthentic. I lived in El Paso, TX for many years, and perhaps I am lucky to know what real Mexican food is and tastes like, but honestly the food here is crappy, cheap, mush and Id eat Taco Bell over this place any day!

Always great food! The best chili rellenos that had in the country! Happy hour Sundays through Thursdays 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. domestic drafts small $250 to $350 can beat it 12 ounce lime Margaritas 375 sorry I was just reading that part enjoy!

Great food at a great price. Other people have complained about the service, but I have never had a problem (and I go there probably once a month!). They are always very attentive. Its my favorite restaurant!

For a typical Mexican place in the US this is good. They treat us like old friends there. Food comes out fast and service has always been great for us.
