Not a good experience. Poor service, long wait for food. My husband and I went there today for lunch, arriving at 12:30. Husband is on crutches with a broken ankle. The greeter apparently planned to seat us in the far back reaches of the restaurant, way too far for my poor guy to hobble. I stopped him and secured a booth near the entry door. The server appeared promptly and took our drinks order, then came back in due time for the food order but without drinks. Took the food order, brought the appetizer, had to be reminded that wed love our drinks now, please. Wine and beer arrived, she cleared the appetizer plates, and now we waited for our main dishes. And waited, and WAITED. As did two other tables near us. Conversations ensued between our tables about the poor service. We finally requested to speak to a manager who showed up a while later with our food. We expressed our unhappiness with the very long wait -- 30 minutes since the server cleared the appetizer dishes! He offered to put our food in containers for take-away. Um . . . sashimi tuna on greens sitting in a Styrofoam container in the car while we finish our afternoon is not my idea of edible food. He offered us gift certificates. No thank you, were not coming back here. His explanation for the unreasonable delays was new operating hours what with being open for lunch at 11 AM. Apparently the entire staff is still asleep at that time. They did comp us for the drinks and appetizer and we appreciate it, but we wont be back.

Despite the food being mediocre at best, I wouldnt have felt the need to comment on this particular restaurant, had the level of service been somewhere above appalling. Our server, Jeanine, was consistently petulant, patronizing, and unprofessional, vacillating between unnecessary comments on the complexities of refilling a ginger ale in a clean glass and loudly discussing her "cruddy tips" right in front of our table. We might have given the menu another chance and requested a replacement for our entrees, but our appetites were quickly quenched by the perpetually present stacks of dirty dishes she didnt hesitate to bring from other tables for our examination. After she dourly dumped a few styrofoam boxes on our table *while we were still eating*, we decided to take the hint and leave. Interestingly, the only time we saw anything approximating genuine interest was when she came by before we were finished for the express purpose of retrieving her tip.

Horrible experience! They gave incorrect information over the phone about how to plan for a large party so we waited far longer than expected while we watched them seat a party of 3 at a table capable of handling 10. They arranged our table in a way that squeezed a thru walkway so we were regularly bumped. They got our food orders wrong as well as delivered one of our appetizers to the wrong table. As out of town guests, we dont have the option of saying "well never come back" as a way of expressing our frustration. We until now have considered Outback as our preferred national chain restaurant. It makes no sense to punish other locations for this locations poor performance. Hence this poor review. (I have yet to get the bill to see if the manager has offered any consideration. While it would be a respectful offer, it doesnt erase the sour taste.)

The restaurant was nice and clean! My date said it looked sexy and warm! My fish was very hot and tasty! Her steak was also very good ; hot and tender! The waitress ( Brenna D.) , looked very clean and was exceptionally knowledgeable about the menu. She even pointed out that a page was missing from one of our menu! Love the manager "can do" will provide attitude. She made me fell even bigger than I am ; when she came over to thank me for my military service! Great place to eat... Going back tomorrow.

Although our waitress was very nice, we had to ask for our bread 2 times (it finally arrived, cold, w our main dish) and for some water three times (it never arrived). When the check finally arrived for our party of two (our meal took two hours and we arrived way before rush hour), the bill was wrong and had to be done again. We might consider going back at some point, but this Outback definitely wont be our first choice. :(

I was very disappointed with the quality of the food. I ordered a sirloin with shrimp combo, the shrimp came out grey and was ice cold to the touch as is it was not even cooked. The steak had tripe and black "something" inside and when I complained about the shrimp they proceeded to replace a single shrimp. The manger was accommodating but I was still very disappointed with the food never again will I go there.

Eating at Outback was one of the greatest dining experiences I had in a while. The food was to die for and the service was also excellent. Our server helped us choose our meals as she patiently answered all questions we had about the menu with one hundred percent knowledge. We had our steaks prepared on the new woodfire grill which gave them an amazing flavor. we will definately be returning.

This was the first time there and will be the last. The service was good and that is all I can say. My wife and I both had medium rare steaks, mine came out looking nice and juicy. My wifes looked like a burnt baguette. I had the mixed vegetables, it looked like they threw a stalk of broccoli on a plate. Sorry its no Longhorn or Texas Roadhouse. Will not be going back!

Worst outback ever. Astrid never brought bread, potato soup had no potato at all, huckleberry hooch had some kind of crushed up leaves in it, which of course is not supposed to be there. Wife got chicken on the barbie. It was like boiled chicken they had soaking in water and touched it to the grill. Not hot at all just like my porterhouse was cold. Avoid like the plague

Outback is the worst steakhouse out there. Stopped going there a couple years ago, because of bad service and tough steak. I will say the service got better, even though he never asked how the meal was, but my wife and I, both got the ribeye, and it was like eating a piece of shoe leather. You would think since their specialty is steak, that they would get it right.

Just sent the Steak back, not cooked properly, no seasoning! Bread felt and tasted microwaved. Manager came out to apologize and offered a free meal, advised we did not come for a free meal we simply want GOOD food! Free does not fix the issue we have money to pay for the food, we came here on purpose! My Alice Spring Chicken was fixed perfectly!

What I love about Outback is that they are one of the few restaurants that publishes their menu online with the calories and other nutritional info so if you are watching your diet, you can still go out to eat without a total mystery on what you just ate. We went at off times to get a quieter place and that worked out well. Great ribs too!
