Another IHOP with poor customer service. Not only did we have to wait 15 minutes to be seated (more than 20 open tables available), we get a waitress asking for our drinks and we told her we needed another minute to look over menu. About 20 minutes later, another waitress, Dynye, came over asked if anyone has taken our order and we said no. Dynye took our order and we had to wait another 20+ minutes to get our food. I have a receive time stamped order placed at 1:48pm. Our food didnt make it to our table until 2:14pm. The food was extremely warm. When she came to our table and asked if we were okay, we just said yes because we just wanted to eat and leave in a hurry! When we got up from our table it was only 3 tabla filled with customers all others empty. I will never come back to this IHOP again. Although, Dynye was a better waitress than the first one we had, I still believe it has poor customer service! No one cared of us sitting there for so long and the greeter was just walking around not knowing where hes sitting anyone. All my these tables empty he still had to go see where he wanted to sit us, and he put us all the wait in the corner with no one else near. I can see why the waitress forgot we were back there. Nonetheless, table was dirty, floor and walls. Never again!!!!!!

Worst ihop experience Ive ever had! I called to order because I figured I could get it faster ,WRONG! I was on hold for half an hour ..I have a screenshot to prove it. By the time I drove up there I was still on hold! I walked in expecting to see a line out the door for the amount of time I spent on hold. NOPE. There were about 4 couples waiting. I looked to my right and saw one side of the restaurant was totally empty! So I waited to place an order and there was no one at the stand! People walked by , looked at everyone waiting and just ignored us! The phone was ringing , no one answered. LAZY! There were people standing in line in front of me and none of them had been checked in! I stood there for about 15-20 minutes before I realized this was hopeless and left! What a bunch of time and gas wasted! Blue bell ihop get it together! The food is good but your customer service sucks! I work in a restaurant so I know exactly how it is and if I ever left a customer on the phone for that long it would be a huge problem. Very disappointed and will not be coming back to this location!

After waiting for 20 minutes we were seated and the waitress took our beverage order and shortly thereafter our breakfast order. After waiting 35 minutes for our food, the waitress apologized and said the kitchen was behind in their orders. About 5 minutes later, she apologized again. Ten minutes later we asked her if she could check on our order. She said she just had and it wasnt ready yet! So after 70 minutes, we decided to go elsewhere and felt sorry for the people waiting for a table. Our waitress was very nice so she wasnt at fault. We did complain to the gentleman seating people before we decided to leave but he wasnt very helpful.

If i can give this place 0 stars i would. What can i say all aspects of this place was horrible. Servers were incompetent. Dirty tables that werent cleaned throughout our stay. Food toke 45 min for 5 pancakes. PANCAKES!! Our server was falling asleep against the wall. I suspect he was under the influence. When i asked where my food was, our waiter said to ask the chefs. Once again, DO NOT COME HERE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

they are very unorganized at this place. I ate by myself party one 1 table open for 45 minutes after asking how long they sat me at table that was open for 45 minutes. long line food ahhh service from wait staff great. management really needs a good game plan to handle overload. young lady came from the kitchen and took over started to run better

Third bad visit in a row. Took forever four server to even take or drunk order. Food not cooked well (dry eggs wet, waffle was cold), tables dirty and sticky, food on the floor. Bathrooms are disgusting. Want even a busy time. Disappointing as breakfast is my favorite meal. Will try other locations.

Excellent food and service. The staff seems to really work well together and enjoy their job which is cool to see in a family style diner. The wait seemed a bit odd in that families who came after us were seated before us. Still, it was not longer then the expected waiting time.

Best of the best. My compliments to the chefs. The food was so good I ate three plate fulls. And the waitress Darian she deserves Five stars also. She was very polite and understanding. When I come back I hope she is here. Thank you to the ihop staff. Have a blessed day.

Every single time i come to ihop i come looking forward to the chocolate milkshakes but every time i come they tell me that there is no milkshakes, the food is great but the amount times they have told me they dont have milkshakes really dissapoints me

Awful place. Annoying pissy servants who talk back to me and when their boss comes they shut up. The waitress doesnt listen to anything I say. The food is bad. I am never going again. Its a dirty mean hateful place full of awful people.

Awesome service, with delicious food! Compared to other IHOP locations, they went slightly beyond ensuring their drinks tasted as great as they should, and their food and service was delicious. If you havent been to IHOP, just go.

The service is excellent, the wait times are average for a busy restaurant at heavy breakfas hours. They handle seating customers very well. I just cant understand why puerto ricans are so attracted to IHOP pancakes.

After we moved we had a couple late nights of buying things for the home and forgot to have dinner. Thankfully this place was not only still open but employed super friendly people who all had great senses of humor.

Why on a Saturday morning would they have entire sections they were not seating? On top of a 20 min wait. Forcing a bunch of hungry people to sit in a dingy waiting room instead of at a table with coffee at least.

A busy place, but the service is excellent! Friendly staff. Short wait time for food. The longest wait you will have is to be seated. But we were there on a Saturday, so I"m sure that was a busier day than most.

The food here is really good. I enjoyed the food and the service was pretty good. It seemed like they were short staff so it took a little longer than usual to get in and out. But otherwise I enjoyed it here.

Wait times are a bit long, food is okay but not worth that wait in the early am. Since Rays Diner closed, there isnt anything left in town as far as diners for breakfast. Staff is always pleasant though.
