1st time visiting this location. The staff was nice but my food (chicken tortalini alfredo) had no chicken and was cold. My frozen mocha tasted like berries. I told the employee that made it and told her I have a strawberry allergy and she said she had no idea why it would taste that way and offered to remake it. It still tasted like berries and not like mocha at all. I got tired of having to complain about my order. And just threw the drink away. I also work in the restaurant industry and am a manager for eat n park and we take food allergies very seriously. Lucky for me my allergy is not deadly. But needless to say my lips look like I had botched lip injections....

Panera Bread is kind of expensive and very high in calories, but its a nice place to go every once in awhile. They have EXCELLENT soup (the bread bowl is fantastic) and their bread is freshly made! Last time I was there, I got an iced coffee and a chocolate chip bagel with hazelnut spread. They were delicious!!!!! They also have this tomato bread that you can buy loaves of and it is just fantastic! The desserts there are also sooo addicting!

I placed an order at 8:15 tonight, a Friday. They close at 9. The gentlemen I talked to was rude and kept asking.... Is that it? Then when I picked up the order and got home they forgot one sandwich. My turkey avacado Blt had NO bacon or avacado on it. And the soup was cold. I have never had such bad service in my life!

The manager, Jennifer was very nice and handled my complaint well. The corporation however has driven $ too high for what is offered and there are significant quality control issues that stem beyond this single store. Until Panera Bread retools their business, this was my last visit. Did I mention a cookie cost me $3.99?

Usually pretty good since new management portions smaller and by the way you play the foreground music way too loud. It defeats the cozy atmosphere it is now Like every other loud restaurant.

We like the quality of the food but made the mistake of going half hour before closing. Food cold and felt we were in the way of employees trying to close up.

Ever since new management company took over the music plays way too loud. We will not be eating here any more. Impossible to carry in a conversation!

Had a soba bowl. Pretty good. Didnt try the WiFi, cause public WiFi scares me. Good service, no one tried to kill me, so thats a good change.

Panera bread is always good, this location seems to always be disorganized and mess things up.

Food was good, fresh and hot. But the seating area could use alittle cleaning.
