Service was pretty quick, prices reasonable, food EXCELLENT...parking a little tight, but Ive seen worse. Staff was very accommodating. Even if you are not a health nut, the selection is great and this healthy place is certainly one to try! YUM! Saw Johns post below and didnt experience any of that. When we went the place was packed and we were told the wait would be 25 minutes and we were seated in 15. Food portion was plenty! Maybe he went opening day when people were just figuring things out.....I say it is a must to visit this place. You wont be sorry.

We went here because it was new & we like to try different places for Sunday morning breakfast. It was about a 30 min. wait, which was tolerable. The staff was nice. Our food was nothing that made us crave to go back. Plus, the bill was a tad overpriced IMO. $45 (after tip) for a breakfast is a lot, and to leave not craving the food to go back, is not worth that amount of money. Again, nice staff, clean restaurant, but due to price, may only return once in a while.

Highly recommend, healthy food choices & services is on point ...server Dave is exceptionally courteous ,knowledge of menu & listens to special request. Request him when seating . I also like that they serve you pitcher of coffee for your table when you order coffee with always milk bottle of fresh cold water. The uniqueness of interior surrounding you in is modern kitchen feel with warm welcome colors .

My daughter and I tried First Watch this morning. I was very pleased with everything. Parking is a little tough, service was excellent. Juices are just amazing, but are expensive I feel. I tried the smoked salmon & roasted vegetable frittata. I was nervous but wanted to experiment with it and I loved it!! Price was high, but food and service was excellent!

Went on a fairly busy day, yet we were greeted and accommodated very well. The server let us try all the samples of the juices, (I didnt even know you could do that), the atmosphere was fantastic, and most importantly, the food was delicious! I got the parm skillet hash which was one of the best breakfast dishes Ive ever had. 12/10 would come again

I came into first watch with my mother to have a little bit of brunch and it was clear to us that they were unfortunately short on staff. However, they managed things so smoothly that we went in and out of the place in record time. The food was great, too. Its a great place to talk over a nice breakfast or lunch.

Food is always delicious and fresh! The menu has some amazing health conscious choices, I especially like their fresh squeezed juices. (Morning Meditation is my favorite!) The service is always friendly and accommodating. My favorite breakfast place in the area!

Service was pretty poor right from the start. With the food coming out at different times to difficulties getting refills and syrup. But the food was really yummy, everyone is was with cleaner their plates and the atmosphere is very plesant.

Everything is fresh and perfectly plated! Never had a meal I didnt enjoy! Definitely try, at least a sample, of their fresh juices. Never mind the "strange" ingredients (i.e. beets and carrots), they will probably surprise you!

Waiting for over twenty minutes for a table when over a dozen were empty and available is frustrating, and then the food was cold and the portions meager. Not an experience that Im anxious to repeat.

Great experience right from the door! Greeted by a friendly hostess. We were seated right away. Server Amy was a delight and very attentive. The food is well worth the price. Will definitely return.
