Went there twice in 1 week. The first time was for Mothers day. There were a lot of people, and the wait was understandably long. Was worth it since weve always had good time and great service there. When the meals came out, my wifes didnt come out at the same time. She had to wait until 20 minutes after the first meal came out (party of 6). My steak was over cooked from what I requested and my sons burger was as well. My wife asked to see the manager. She decided to argue the point with her about it. She did eventually comp both meals (I thought it was a bit much for me since I was only overcooked). My wife went out of her way and told the waitress that she didnt blame her at all anything. The waitress decided to argue the point with my wife also!! Came back the following Friday evening. Perhaps we caught them on a bad day before, it happens. Nope, waited just as long. Over an hour and a half to get our meal. My burger was forgotten and had to be put in at the last minute. Burger was extremely hot,fries were cold. Asked for caramelized onions, got them fried (dont care for them that way). Staff again argued with us about it. They are just rude (which is kind of ironic since they teach manners classes for young girls). Many customers were not happy that night for various reasons. We wont be back again. The food is tasty, but if you cant cater to your customer needs, or hell, be nice, you will lose your customers.

We gave them another try and the menu had changed. We went with burgers and sandwiches this time and food was very good. There are several items that are usually pretty amazing-- desert options, ice cream, any protein grilled, I just need to remember to stick with the simple. Very comfy setup. Prompt service. Previous note from our visit early in 2017. I wanted a market day meal I would stay home and heat it up. One of our two meals were not tasting very freshly cooked.

This has been my favorite restaurant since we found it in college. You must begin every meal with the fried ravioli, which is awesome. Then pick an entree, any entree! The pasta never disappoints, the sandwiches are great, the salads are never wilted :) Finish with any number of awesome desserts (we used to call the hot carmel apply pie a la mode "hot orgasm pie", but the other desserts are also to die for)

It is very nice, good food, and the employees were very friendly but unfortunately extremely unhelpful. Our waitress could not tell us the prices of some items on the menu and messed up two orders. She also forgot two sides of ours. It seems this was the case with the other waitressss also. If you have patience its a nice place, but if youre looking for a quick easy dinner, go somewhere else.

Everything was pretty nice. The waitresses were very nice. Our burgers were described as having fried banana peppers. Sounded so good. Actually it was batter covered, deep fried, i guess it couldve been banana peppers.could only taste batter and grease. The manager had no personality. Never smiled. Just plain miserable.

I have been here for lunch three times and each time I tried something new. I was happy with every meal I ordered. ( open faced roast beef, cheese burger and fries and French sliders. ) the only reason I didnt give it 5 stars would be because the wait was longer and the atmosphere was a 5 star in my opinion..

Best meal Ive had in Belle Vernon, maybe all of Mon Valley. Had fish sandwich - amazing! Turkey Club on Pretzel - fantastic! Reuben - awesome! Do not miss fried zucchini! Wait staff is also very diligent (and all super cute.) Prices are crazy cheap! Pie looks killer but Im stuffed!

Ate dinner here with a group of 14. I was amazed at how well the one server handled the table with ease. Food was great, no complaints. Have eaten lunch here 2 times this past month because the food was so good and the prices are reasonable. Will go back soon.

I love the food but am totally outraged over the fact that the main bartender is constantly on her phone whether shes taking orders, serving drinks, delivering food, cashing out customers, on and on. and on. The worst thing is I NEVER she her wash her hands.

Great date night place. Not as expensive as Back Porch but food still remarkable. Not a great selection of wines and alcohol but the food and atmosphere makes up for it. Service sometimes slow when a large crowd hits but waitresses always pleasant

Great experience. Nice view of river. Wait staff is very friendly and attentive and made us feel like it was very important to them that we have a good experience. Price is reasonable. Sandwiches $8-$10. Very homely atmosphere.

Alfredo was broken and really a poor attempt, servers are very young and glorified food runners, and the patio type furniture is kind of tacky. I know they do have good sandwiches and salads but the upper scale items arent that great.

Ive been here twice so far and both experiences were very nice. The food was great and friendly service. I was a big fan of the BBQ chicken salad- it consisted of a lot of bacon and very tender chicken- would recommend

Extremely good food. Ate here a couple weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised. The waiters and waitresses were extremely respectfully and courteous. I would recommend to anyone in the area to eat here.

Always a wonderful place to have lunch or dinner. Very busy between 12 and 1pm. This burger on a pretzel bun was to die for and you must try their fried zucchini if you never have!
