I usually dont write reviews, but my last visit (3 days ago) has been bothering so much, that I just feel obligated to help someone decide whether or not they want to take their family here. It was a very slow evening, and there were only about four families in the restaurant. We stood at the door for a while waiting to be greeted. Finally, the waitress comes from the back and points at a table in the back for us to come and sit. When it was time to order, I asked how the steak was cooked in the steak omelet since she didnt ask me how I wanted it cooked. She looked at me like I was stupid and said, "They COOK it. What do you mean!?"...so I had to explain to her that steaks can be cooked at different temps. Thats when I could see that this wasnt going to be a good visit. She brought out the wrong pancakes for my fiancé, and then appeared to be annoyed when he told her it wasnt correct. Instead of apologizing, she ROLLED HER EYES IN THE BACK OF HER HEAD and took the pancakes and walked away. She gave the pancakes to I guess her friend that was sitting in the back of the restaurant. She very loudly told the cook that my fiancé was now saying he didnt want whipped cream on his pancakes, but that he never told her that...which he did. She had such a bad attitude, that two other ladies that came in after us just walked out after she came to their table with the same annoyed tone. Im sorry, but if she doesnt know how to speak to people, she should probably consider a job outside of customer service. We wont be going back. This place has gone down the drain. Everyone has an attitude and just doesnt care. The food was great though....but Im still not going back because Ill lose my cool. That waitress girl should really be checked by management. She makes your business look REALLY bad.

This is the 3rd time I have been to the new location. Each time service has gotten slower. Today I walked in to a line of customers waiting to be seated. No one from IHOP had spoken to anyone in line and it took an addtional 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge the line and start seating people. The restaurant was 20-25% full at this time, with open and clean tables availabe throughout the reaturant. Once our party was seated, 10 minutes after arriving, we had no contact from a server for 10 more minutes. The server took our drink order, only, at that time saying she would be back in a few minutes to take our order. She came back 4 minutes later with the drinks and then allowed us to order. It took 50 minutes from seating until the first plate of food arrived at the table, and even then it was served one plate at a time. It took another 20 minutes for the final 2 plates of food to arrive. Half the party was done and ready to go before the other half even got their food. Im not even going to talk about the non-existent drink refills. The food was good as usual. IHOP is always consistent at their food so thats the reason for the 2 stars instead of just 1 star. Ive had slow service at this newer location before, but attributed that to the new location and servers/cooks getting used to the new layout. Its been several months now and I can see that is not the issue. The management needs to hire more workers or put more people on the schedule. You have a larger location and need the worker to cover this space. I dont know how often I will return here as there are other restaurants with quicker service in the area, including other IHOPs.

We did not have a good experience at this location. I can be patient when your restaurant is busy but there were 2 ladies working up front and about 3 or 4 families waiting to get their name on the wait list to be seated. We were not warmly greeted or told "just one moment". When we finally got a table after a 15 minute wait our chairs had food and crumbs in them, the floor was covered in what looked like those little baby cereal snacks, our menus were sticky, our salt and pepper shaker had syrup all over them, the kitchen was backed up so we waited forever for food, my daughter and i had scrambled eggs that were just barely cooked. She ate some (shes 6) and went to their bathroom to throw up 2x afterwards. My husband was using the syrup and there was a long piece of hair in it....we saw our server maybe 2x. She never checked on us. She didnt come to get a drink order then food. Instead once we were seated she showed up about 8 minutes later asking if we were ready to b order...showed up 20 minutes later with our check....needless to say that was my last visit to this location. Teach your staff proper customer service skills please.

Worst experience ever ! It was a party of 10 and some people were arriving late, there was just 2 other tables in the restaurant each had 2 people and there were 3 waitresses and 2 cooks in the back we arrived at 8:13 and didnt get our food until 9:40 mind you it wasnt busy Ive worked as a waitress before i know the role she never came and check on us while we waited everyone had an empty cup they never asked us if we wanted to get our orders as soon as they came out or wait for the other party. when we finally got our food she was bringing 2 plates at a time like there was no other waitresses to help, the other waitresses were just in a corner talking. Talk about team work! One of us had an eyelash in their food and some of us had cold food we had to ask for refills about 3 times and we cant be to blame if she wouldve checked on us it wouldnt had been so hectic on her, the waitress handled our complain a little more gracefully while the manager had the biggest attitude in man kind we got 10% off because we fought for it which we shouldnt have had we were not in the wrong never going back here again

Worst experience ever. Entered the vicinity in hopes of having a great, hot meal only to receive the complete opposite. Was seated and left sitting there without a waiter or waitress even taking our drink order. Finally received drinks several minutes afterwards. Waiter took our order and we sat there waiting only to keep getting the run around, "Theyre just finishing up this..." "Were waiting on his/her food." Food was finally brought but only in small portions and with no silverware to choose from. Finally decided that we werent gonna eat after realizing that our food had been sitting in the back and some of it had simply never been made/even started. The manager Phil came out and asked what couldve been better but didnt seem to be too interested. The waiters customer service was fine; he couldnt control what was happening in the kitchen which was understandable. However, there were at least 15 people working and only a few tables with customers. We left after an hour and a half. Dont plan on ever returning!

The absolute worst experience ever! We waited 30 minutes upon arrival for a waiter to get our drink orders. I had to inform the manager of this. Our server was polite but we waited another 30-40 before we received notice of our food . Once brought out it was cold and not all of our order and missing my daughters food. Everything was messy, sausage half cooked. The manager was in the back the whole time . There was 10-15 workers there but no one doing anything. The restaurant was not packed only a few patrons. A lot of playing and talking among the employees. The end result we never received all of our food , didnt eat and after over an hour we left and went to another restaurant. The manager Phil did come to our table but didnt really seem to really care and should have had better control of his establishment. The employees are loud and ghetto I will never visit this place ever again !
